In Arabic you have just the T sound which you pronounce with the tongue behind the upper front teeth. When in Urdu you place a T instead of 2 dots , it pronounced the heavier sound which is produced by placing the tongue way above the front teeth and almost touching the roof of the mouth. So Buster will be written with a heavier sound to produce the sound of T. Not to pronounce it Softly like the Arabic T.

Urdu has some additional letters which are not in Arabic .. Like پاکستان pakistan.. Arabic doesn't have letter پ that's why you guys write باكستان.... Like Arabic, Urdu has ت, ط but also has letter ٹ‎ which isn't in Arabic 🙃
