I would suggest Green Mile by Stephen King. You can read it as a whole, but it's nicely divided into like 7 smaller stories that make reading it so much more easier, came in handy for AR points. Also, my mom used to tell me I wasn't allowed to buy any more books until I read all the ones I had. I don't listen!

Yeah, I’ve cried multiple times at school because The Siren by Keira Cass made me cry multiple times. I only had time to read at Musical practice after school and I would have to suck it up because the makeup is stressful and messing it up could cost you your cue. Although the person that was also a reader hasn’t read them so I had to keep things simple to not spoil it for her. The manipulation, the love, the issues, and everything about The Siren is amazing! READ IT!
