ok here comes my weirdness: 1. when reading a book and I accidently see the last chapter I yell at myself for spoiling the story 2. when I read a book and I see all caps in the dialoge i say, "welp someones yelling..." 3. when I read I fiddle with my bookmarks 4. I make my bookmarks and make them look like food. So im basically torturing myself by making myself hungry while reading. 5. when I read I create the character looks and personalities in my head and I create the setting. So its like watching a movie. 6. whenever a book describes a tall and strong man I create the same body structure just different hair and face for those characters. 7. when I read a hard back book I open and close the book continuously because I like the crackle sound of the spine. 8. I listen to music when I read 9. once I read a 200pg book in 2 weeks and then right after that finished a 400pg book in 4 days 10. when I read mystery books (like the A-Z mystery books :P) I yell at the book because I blame a certain character for the crime. 11. I read all these books about people dieing and murder but I hate horror movies 12. I can walk around while reading and not bump into anything 13. when im in school in class and the teacher tells me to stop reading I close the book, hide it under my desk, open the book back and continue to read in secret. 14. if someone annoys me I threaten to smack them with a book and if they take my book a take out a thicker book. .~. oop~ that's a lot anyway that's all mah weirdness

Apparently, my facial expressions change subconsciously depending on the circumstances. The only reason I even noticed was because I was reading The False Prince the one time I ever read in the living room. I was reading the scene where the main character is in the dungeon being interrogated, and Mom was like, "What's going on? Your face looks really mean." And that was the last time I overcame my self-consciousness and read in front of my family. Also, reading upside-down? How are these people not getting nosebleeds?

I have this thing for the last line of books. I normally read those first. It’s the last thing you read, therefore it’s most likely what the author wants you to take away from the story. I love being able to read the book with the last line in mind bc it helps me see more of the building of the main point or takeaway and other details I might not have seen before. The best example of this is The Book Thief. Not only is the last line powerful in itself, but it helped me better understand Death’s narration and perspective on the story knowing that Death is haunted by humans and it helped me see the development of the character.

My weird habits are making facial expressions when they are mentioned, trying to make the sounds when a character says how one should pronounce a word or a name and also reading the last sentence of the book (not always but sometimes). The last one can either spoil something, not very often though, or it can actually leave you with a feeling of suspense, which happens most of the times. Like when I read the last sentence I think "what could've made the narrator say this?" which kind of draws me into the story and intrigues me, catches my interest. I guess. I do quite a lot of the mentioned ones though...
