Beat boxing is still a pretty underground community online. It's just the internet allows things to get discovered and shared quickly. In recent years it's suddenly blown up and lots of people are reacting and getting involved. D-Low & Codfish are the main reason for that because their beats are more musically appealing for casual fans, but still technically advanced enough to battle.
