Scott, you forgot a theory in that video - the Malaysia theory: In Malaysia, both Ferraris suffered technical problems with their car and failed to finish on the podium. Could it be that Max Verstappen crashed into the Ferraris to break their cars, in order to boost his chances if winning the race, which he did?

Imagine being dutch yourself... I am ashamed as fuck right now, but i'll explain why the dutch are so toxic in yt comment sections: A lot of us are 10-16 years old, so you know what that means. A very large percentage of our population don't have a clue how to speak english ( search Louis van Gaal -English. it's funny as hell). We are a small country, so we tend to be very biased about our famous artists/drivers/national football team etc. A lot of us don't understand humour, we almost have no humour like the majority of the German people. But besides that we are very cool people!

Dylan Baas I am (as well), that's the whole thing. I don't agree with your second point though, blaming it on the language barrier. I think anyone can recognise sarcasm, even if it's not in your language. I think that Max (in this case) is overhyped by the media (with the example of the analysts on Ziggo Sport jumping through the roof as just one of many examples). The are so biased in their analyses, that the people start believing it's normal, even though it isn't. I think that's the whole issue and the people the media should be ashamed of themselves.

C. Adams like I said, we are a very small country with a small amount of people, so we don't see many talented people as much, so we are exaggerating a lot. For instance: Max went a bit too far at spa 2016 (Kimi vs Max) , but a lot of Dutch people don't see that. They say that Kimi is a pussy ass motherfucker, because 'Max is the best and doesn't make any mistakes'. Very immature. About the Dutch comentators jumping trough the roof: come on man, that's just fun!
