Hi Sharki, I do agree with you that the voice kids group song isn't right because if you watch a rehearsal prior to this group performance, you'll see that the original song was not suitable for either of the singers. Neither one could either get low enough or high enough together. So the song you hear is the replacement one. Courtney didn't get to choose any of the songs for the voice kids but she did get some choice in A.G.T. Please continue your reactions to Courtney, and the way you narrate them, she is worth your time. (plus i love watching you and hearing you :) ) Take no notice of those that are giving you earache because you happened to say you didn't like a particular performance. It is counter productive to believe all of Courtney's performances will be brilliant. She even said her self she didn't like some of the songs she sang, or the way she was mentored. (not allowed to choose her own song during V..K U.K) Personally, I believe all of Courtney;s original songs are exceptional in every way. The vocals, the rang, the control and the actual performance. I didn't think the group sessions were fair because each one of those singers are different and it it sad that they put them together like that. Courtney always stands out and so it really isn't' right to pair them. Incidently, all of those singers in her group, were mentored by the same judge. c Again, while reacting bare in mind whether the song is chosen for her or an original or chosen by her. The final song she sang was not her best performance, her mentor chose the song and the style in how it was performed. Even when he sang with her, she stood out but i don't think he was the right mentor or singer for her. The female judge would have been better suited, I think. Just in case anyone is assuming things, I'm not "hating" on Courtney at all. Sometimes opinions can be different, and people need to learn to accept that and not be rude about it. Get on with life. It's not that serious. Courtney is still incredible and I'm still a huge fan of hers.

Unfortunately, she didn't get to choose the songs herself in Voice Kid or arrange them. If she had been allowed to do that, it would have been completely different.

Loved that last song she performed. Showed off her power and in a totally different genre she showed in that show. Although I don't agree with you on that song for Courtney, I always thought that Courtney had just seen this performance by this girl Sarahkzbin.info/www/bejne/aWmznqyPhJ6Ng9E and liked it so much she chose to learn some of her techniques and incorporated some of those things with her own style. But either way Courtney's powerful vocals I thought shined in that performance. She did get a little hate after that performance by the haters. And the haters got some hate right back at them.😁

I'm not trying to hate on her, I was just giving my opinion. She just sounded very off and different to me compared to her other performances that I've heard. She's still incredible at what she does! And this was also what, like 7 years ago?! So lol she was a child so she was allowed to explore.

@@Sharki_V No hate intended. Just letting you know of some history on Courtz. Not sure of what you know about her early on by her piers and those not into her style years back, but she got a lot of hate groups that formed together while on AGT. That's a story I'm not going into, maybe others will. It's old news except for a few who still come out of the woodwork. Many of her lyrics she writes in her songs tell her stories about some of that and also how the music labels treated her in a not so supportive way. Hence why she couldn't wait to go independent. Another long story to explain. Keep searching for Courtney's music. She going to be a star despite what the music industry is like. That Graceland Channel is great for content on Courtz. @@bertpainter8385 Thank you for that. She is absolutely going to go far, and those people who hate on her are just jealous that they can't be as awesome as Courtney. I'll look into the details of what happened with her old record label cause I don't know the full story yet. But I'm stoked she's on her own as an independent artist now!
