In fact, most execution themes in SDR2 are singing "Reach for the Stars". For example Mikan's and Chiaki's execution themes sing "Reach for the Stars"

Unfortunately the kokichi execution wasnt the cannon one, the official one is like this and trust me, its pretty brutal:😐 They strap him to an electric chair and he has to answer a certain amount of questions truthfully, if he fails then he gets shocked, but since he's a pathological liar he can't so he gets mega electrocuted but he gets finished off by getting crushed.

heres an eplenation for nagito's. His lucks for fighting- good trying to keep him alive, bad trying to injure him badly. after a while the injuries make him wanna die so bad, his bad luck still tries to kill him, as his good luck does the same because it's exactly what he wants.

I have see another for Shuichi! So he started in a room that was set from a murder that happened with a timer above the door. After every room, solving every case, he moves on to the next room, which get harder and harder, until he gets to the last room. This room has an outline of a body, but their isn’t one there, so panicked he comes up with a case off the top of his head, which makes the last door open. But as soon as he is about to walk free he gets pulled back in, blood leaks from the floor and he is in the outlined body on the floor. I don’t know who’s this is originally

Shuichis execution definitely fits. The rumors aspect fits the anxiety he has from his backstory and how he feels when people have hatred for him. His feelings go to a point where it’s hard for him to even look at people in the eye anymore. When he overcomes it just to hear his friends saying they hate him and want to kill him it would be probably the worst thing for him rather than the other characters. Not saying it wouldn’t make them sad but probably not to an extent such as the way Shuichi would feel.

Fun fact: Supposedly the reason behind Kamakura being on the cross is that he’s just so powerful that the person kind-of compared him to God in a sense. The person who made his execution was religious in some way or another. They put Kamakura on a cross in Winter, or supposedly Christmastime. In history and the creation of Christianity, “Jesus” was a real person who came to (I forget where but to a Greek town I believe). They all believed that a savior was going to come save them, so this dude arriving was a miracle. Unfortunately, due to political issues, the current government had decided to put Jesus on a cross and just torture him to death

I'm Catholic and 1) it was the middle east and 2) I think you're overlooking an important facet of Christianity that makes Kamakura's execution worse: Jesus rose from the dead. The whole faith revolves around His triumph over death. Kamakura, worshipped as a saviour, would not.

I’ve seen a different shuichi execution he gets put into a room with mannequins facing away from him while he has to solve a mystery or something to move onto the next room, This happens for another like 3 rooms and each time he solves the mystery correct, But in each room theres the same mannequins looking away from him. Though the last room which is the 5th room is different when he enters ALL of the mannequins are staring at him dead in the eyes not one look away from his face, you can see shuichi’s frightened with the mannequins by the look on his face. Then the door closes and blood comes streaming out of the doors, the blood is obviously shuichi’s. Soon after the execution ends….. Why was I so detailed with what happened 😭😭 I cried just by writing this :(

In Danganrompa, there`s 2 ways to die, 3 actually. The 1st way is getting murdered. The 2nd way is dying exploiting your ultimate (Talking about executions). The 3rd way is taking yourself out.

For your question after dr1 they published an artbook that have the beta designs,story,deaths etc. and from the book content were unused executions were dead or non blackened people get executed so all unused executions of dr1 is canon and the rest are all fanmade ideas

The execution with Sayaka if I recall, was supposed to be an execution in Danganronpa V1 but changed it for her to get killed by Leon. Because if you review the Danganronpa V1 supposed executions, this was the same one for her that Later got changed so Leon could experience his death for killing her. I’m not sure why they changed the execution but I think it’s about some reasons based on the two characters since I don’t think people would like it if Sayaka already got executed that quickly. Since she is pretty and popular in most of Danganronpa fans eyes. So I think the reason why they didn’t make her get executed was because of her popularity with singing. I don’t know why, but that’s on my opinion on what I think😅

I think Izuru’s was about the fact that he sees the world as boring, which might give him a god complex, which is why he was on the cross. If you get put on a cross like that it becomes extremely hard to breathe, which is why it showed him breathing. That’s my interpretation anyways.
