Ham controls the flow of the game for his team and determines rotations. That can change who gets hot, who gets cold and whether the roster is right for the team you're against. Rob formed the roster. Rob blew up a championship team to make a new roster and they've been in shit since. The blame is actually late. He barely fixed his own mistakes last year before the trade deadline. But it was a hell of a flimsy bandaid.

Pelinka been repeatedly escaping accountability going all the way back to the Clippers getting them to hold off on getting any decent players in free agency because they thought they would get Leonard. Especially Reggie Miller being the hype man everytime Lebron farts..he's Amazed "40 yr old year 22 ..etc every 5 seconds " 😆 The Coach plays for the team no matter who they hire or Re-hire. Yes you don't have to be super tactician to coach this team. It would help but all they needed was good make sense coaching..which is don't play 3 guard lineups especially vs big teams. Call timeouts earlier, not after a 10 point swing. Set up a decent play after a timeout. Call out your team when playing too much iso, and play your backups if needed. And to be better you have to take accountability and don't keep doing what's not working. It was always "that's hell of a ball club on the other side" give them credit. They made big shots...we'll look at the film and we'll be better. If you look at film and nothing changes...make adjustments

More pressure on management and more pressure on players to be accountable. Make that money work cause fans are losing just cause the top entitled players keep making more money. Not saying leaving more money for the owners, but spread the money around more for both players who make less money and other people that make these games possible. It takes a village to keep games going, not just the players. If it was just them, they can play at a local park or something.

The two job you DON'T want are Phoenix and the Lakers For the Lakers, it can only go downhill from here. LeBron is about to be 40, and will start to miss more games, and when is Davis gonna play 70+ games again? And the Suns are a total mess. Ty Lue can stay with the Clippers, get one more year of checks, and look for an upgrade

Bench Reaves why? He's one of the bright spots on the roster. Hachimura improved a lot but didn't play a good game in the playoffs until game 5.

Ham , maybe a nice guy, but a horrible coach, same with Doc, Monty , Ty Lue and even Coach Prime, all DEI- affirmative action hires , at least on the bright side, Ham had free court side seats for 2 years..

JJ Reddick is NOT even close to being one the brilliant minds in Basketball….not even close to that. Disrespecting past players and their skills is not a brilliant mind when it comes to basketball. Thinking that todays players are better and more skilled cause they are ALLOWED to Travel, Carry and not play real defense doesn’t equate to brilliant Mind.

Only people who are stuck in the past would argue that today's players aren't more skilled than yesterday's players. They aren't as tough though, society as a whole isn't. JJ is a brilliant mind. He is both disrespectful and brilliant.

Past NBA games weren't even all televised. It is now a multi-billion dollar league with both national and global scouting systems and teams investing millions to develop their players with modern health science and technology. An average player from the past wouldn't even be able to compete in the G-League of today. And this isn't a knock on past players but more representative of how much the league has grown in +75 years.
