The song deals with bullying and hate comments, in particular the online variant ("freak behind the mask" from Scream). Boca has the line "Too many angels dying now", which points to the effect those comments can have. A girlgroup tackling such a subject impresses the hell out of me. And the song is absolutely awesome! By the way, don't think they don't watch reaction videos. Recently they commented that they enjoyed seeing people react to JiU putting the gun to her head in R.o.S.E Blue. 😉

I think 'too many angels have died now' refers to the Kpop angels lost to suicide because of internet hate. I know about Sulli and Goo Hara. Mina from AOA just attempted suicide recently because of bullying. If you look into this you'll be shocked at the long list of Kpop and Kdrama stars who have ended their own lives. In the MV Yoohyeon is struck by an arrow coming from a place she can't even see fired by someone she doesn't know. The message of the song to haters is shut your boca!

I was worried when I heard that the song was going to have moombahton beats, but it worked out alright. It kinda fits with the rapping parts of the song. Boca is my 4th favorite DC title track and it has become my favorite song of this year so far, beating out April's Lalalilala. But the b-side Break The Wall has become my 2nd favorite DC song overall. You should check that one out ;)
