When Handong and Yoohyeon were both blonde their own mothers confused them on stage, so don't stress if you mix up members for a while; especially in earlier years before they always have different hair colors and styles. It's tough to get to know their personalities with a few minutes of short clips too since they are full people in front of cameras not the scripted mannequins some idols feel pressure to be. This Is... series is great.

Dami has her own *room* in the dorm, not her own dorm. Their dorm has 4 bedrooms. Initially their manager stayed in one room, JiU+Siyeon+Dami shared the biggest room (JiU + Siyeon had a bunk bed, Dami a single bed), SuA+Yoohyeon shared another room, and Handong+Gahyun shared the last room. In 2020 (if I remember correctly) the manager moved out, so Dami got her own room, and JiU+Siyeon got separate beds. Gahyun is a *master* of face acting (and, as you'll no doubt see once you start watching their self-made music videos, quite good at keeping a poker face compared to most of the others). That picture of her from the Boca era with chocolate milk is apparently one of Dreamcatcher's most sought after photocards; in one vlive Gahyun hears that it (back then) was trading for something like 60USD, and said "Don't buy it".

Handong sneezes every time she eats chocolate. That’s what they mean when they say she’s allergic to chocolate. It’s not a deathly allergic reaction but it’s a guaranteed sneeze. 😂

Love seeing people fall in love with the girls personalities, they're all a bunch of goofballs. Sua started out as my bias but I very quickly became OT7 and now my DC bias is just whoever is on the screen at any given time. Some clarification on the rankings for MixNine. they all ranked in those spots because Dreamcatcher left the show before it finished airing so they all ranked out together. The girls were all doing really well in the show before the company pulled them out to go on tour instead. This ended up being a good thing if you know what happened to MixNine in the end.

I have to tell you this, if you wanna recognize them for their lips specially comparing their first years to now, is going to be confusing bc they have changed a lot on that aspect lol maybe gahyeon’s the easiest to recognize bc of the corners of her mouth, that’s how I got her. Dami clearly is the easiest, Sua and Siyeon used to be very similar the first years and people still confused them, the same with Jiu, Yoohyeon and Handong, so is ok to take some time to get to know them. Like many recommended, the “this is..” series is really good to get to know them. My bias are Jiu and Siyeon, but the wrecker line change everyday lol

Their ranks in Mixnine were that low because they had to leave the show for their south america tour (I went to their show in São Paulo - Brazil). But they were doing really well in the show.

I have 7 bias now, I used to have 1, then 2, then 3, and then I gave up. Once I got to know them more I just couldn't pick. In my opinion this guide is decent but not great, I preffer this one: "The Ultimate 2021/2022 Dreamcatcher Guide 🎠 Welcome to the Dreamworld!" mostly because the clips show more of them although it's not up to date. But ultimately this guide works as an introduction, so I believe a good idea to show more their personalities is watching the "This is ..." series by Insomnicsy instead of watching the other guide. Anyways, thank you for reacting to them, my love for this group is endless and I hope you keep enjoying their stuff aswell.

May I recommend you the "this IS...." By Insomnicsy where she shows you each member's personality. They have 4 versions: 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. The 2022 and 2023 are my favorites ❤❤❤

I second this. Those videos will REALLY help anybody and everybody get to know about the members better; be able to put names to faces, know what they looked like throughout the eras, be able to tell whose voice is whose, let you know about their funny quirks and a whole lot more. insomnicsy is a Super-Fan (the fandom basically thinks of them as the 8th Member of the group because of all the good publicity they have helped the group with) and they do all of their video edits purely out of love for Dreamcatcher (the company, the group and the separate members; insomnicsy does not get paid to do any of it at all, they literally just do it because they love DC so much). It is all very positive content from that channel (exactly what the whole world needs right now), it's ALL Dreamcatcher related and they do great at translating Korean to English. Every other K-Pop Group WISHES they had this kind of superr-fan who could do edits like this! :)

YAY! The second part!!! :) Yup, it just takes time and the fandom realizes that, so there is no pressure. You arte just fine as long as you WANT to keep learning. I am TERRIBLE with names (always have been) but I used to be great with memorizing faces and voices. Now that my memory is crap and plays tricks on me...not so much... It took me a LONG time to get the names straight for this group. There are MUCH bigger groups that I just have not even bothered to try with because it willl take me even longer, the more people are involved. But Dreamcatcher turned into my Ult Group very quickly, so obviously they are completely worth the effort. I love each and every member without playing favorites, regardless of their strengths, weaknesses, faults, foibles, faux-pas, etc., so I cannot have a bias; I am just OT7 all the way. I would take a bullet for any of them.

Me personally, if Gahyun is on the screen, it's a bit difficult to see the others :P So I have to rewatch a lot! :D But they are all awesome. And no one is left behind in popularity, I don't think - all seven have fans, and I believe every InSomnia ultimately loves all seven.

Among InSomnia there's not really a "most popular" member. We love the Dreamies equally, even if we have a bias we make sure to show love to all the members. If you look at the voting results on Kpop Profiles it's all really even. However, outside the fandom I see Jiu winning a lot of polls for her Visual. Dami seems to be well known for her unique look and rap vocals. Siyeon has had a lot of mini viral moments for her meme-like behavior. That's all I can think of for who might be popular amongst the larger Kpop community.

Well… technically there is lol Jiu, Siyeon and Yoohyeon are the more biased and popular. But also is true that compared to other groups, a good part of the fandom is ot7 and there is very little to none solo stans, so we are pretty chill on that aspect.
