Besides dreamcatcher i can only think of mamamoo's solar who speaks about those topics wholeheartedly. She always makes sure everyone knows how to poop and digest properly and is giving advice to everyone who needs it, no matter if they asked or not. 😂😅👍

Some people still use them now, especially if they're prone to some kind of incontinence and liable to need the loo suddenly during the night...
