Ok so I don't really know the group's lore here but I think they're supposed to be vampires? Someone let me know what's going on lol. The song itself is pretty cool though and was another one I've enjoyed from them. Keep em comin Enhyphen!

ENHYPEN has had the vampire concept since their debut in November 2020, so it's been going on for years now. So much has happened in their lore since the beginning to get to where they are now. The timeline of their storyline is not in consecutive order as music videos come out, so best to see the explained/theory videos.

they’re vampires, Sunghoon runs across the street bc he won rock, paper, scissors so he gets to confess to the girl (Chloe). He wins by playing rock. He stops time at the train to tell her he likes her. I saw a theory that says all the members are looking into the future seeing their possibilities with Chloe, after seeing the future (where Sunghoon won with rock) they all play rock, hoping to win. Ni-ki outsmarts them all by playing paper. Chloe is in his car at the end, he smirks bc he got the girl. I recommend reacting to the romance: untold concept cinema for a bit more understanding of their lore. The mv you reacted to before is Fatal Trouble, the animation is their vampire characters from their webtoon which also ties to the lore.
