Here goes Hrafna again, reacting to one song from last year (Switzerland) 😂 You also forgot to react to the correct Serbian song... And finally - the Israeli song you reacted to was the first version, now there's an updated (and better) version. Though I'm glad you liked it anyway! So you might want to react to those three 🙂 In any case, I love how positive you are, finding something to like in every song, even in the worst songs this year 😂

I'm not surprised that I disagree with most of your faves, I have vastly different tastes in music. My faves are Italy, Finland, Lithuania, and of course Iceland. Italy actually had a live performance that's available on KZbin and they are a SOLID rock band, like, Eurovision or not, they are gonna go FAR, I can't wait until they have sold out arena tours worldwide. Another one that I liked that surprised me is Sweden. I'm not one for sappy ballads, but this one really tugs at my heartstrings. Ukraine is also very interesting, it's growing on me.

Fun fact: Latvia's Eurovision Song was hated by bunch of conservatives and Christians (our country is very religious even though not many people go to church, and conservative) because in the official music video there's a drag queen and two girls kissing, thinking she wanted "force her beliefs on them". They called the video satanic because of the crown movement in the dance thinking it was horns. They also hated her outfit cause it didn't have any pants even though it's a bodysuit. They started a petition to not send the song to Eurovision, because it's not the song they voted for even though there wasn't voting and try to sue her. Our country is very homophobic, racist and sexist in general. It's pretty terrible here, well people are terrible. Btw love your videos ❤

14:54 North Macedonia. Macedonian here, North Macedonia performed amazingly in 2019 Contest with Tamara Todevska and "Proud", we won the jury vote (Belarus votes were excluded) and we got 10 points from Iceland, but the televoting didn't pass well, only 58 points. As far as the cancelled 2020 and 2021 Contest, honestly the 2020 song "You" was much better, much more dynamic. Vasil is a great singer, a child prodigy, his song "Marionka" at the 1994 Golden Nightingale (the most famous children's song festival in North Macedonia) became an evergreen. Vasil has with a very powerful voice (he is also an opera singer, bariton and even mayve a tenor) but the 2021 song "Here I Stand" was at best a mediocre song. North Macedonia sends decent musicians to Eurovision, but either the song is mediocre or the staging sucks (with the exception of Tamara Todevska and "Proud" in 2019). Vasil is one of the very few openly gay men in North Macedonia, but in North Macedonia while is not illegal to be gay it is socially unacceptable (for the record I am straight man, but I have no problem with gay people). I appreciate that you pronounced it "Makedonija". Thank you.

@@Warlock_UK Believe me I'm well aware of how the UK seemingly every year send shit songs but by UK standards this year's song was actually decent but by Eurovision standards it was rather forgettable. It still doesn't change the fact that it deserved better than double zero as that's disgraceful but at least you had 3 other countries with you on the public zero points scale. As for not doing well in the charts did you expect the UK public to go out and buy it after it got destroyed in Eurovision? Because as likeable as James Newman is I'm certainly not buying "Embers" because he's a nice guy as the song is fine but forgettable
