@@TheSwordfish009 he was holding that tap for awhile. Idk exactly how it works but i know u have to hold certain buttons to charge it. While holding those buttons you cant use some of balrogs moves which makes it alot harder to pull off high damage against a player that is aware you are holding TAP

It's Balrog's Turn Around Punch or TAP for short. He has to hold any punch button to charge it up. Seeing that there was only 30 seconds on the clock left, I'm pretty sure they held that button for at least 10 seconds for max charge. Fully charged TAP is shown if the opponent wall bounces
