The Heaven’s Feel movies are probably the best of the Fate series. Action, story, and, in my personal opinion, my favorite of the three romances. Not to mention the fact that all of the movie’s endings are so good. With the second ending being my absolute favorite song.

Saber got her own route in the visual novel called Fate. It has been adapted many years ago, but the adaptation is flawed, mixing in things from other routes among other things. There has been rumors about it getting an anime remake but nothing official as far as I know. The Fate route is considered the weakest of the three routes, but I enjoy it a lot and would love to see a remake. In the visual novel, it has the issue of being the first route and therefore it is filled with exposition, explaining everything to the reader. I consider the actual story of Fate to be great, but I believe that the exposition, which the other routes don't have to do as much thanks to Fate handling it, leads it to be experienced slower and weaker.

Heaven's feel is an alternate storyline where Emiya chooses to romance Sakura instead of Rin. Like a different universe. There's also the "Fate" route without a proper adaptation (there's a 2006 one but its nowhere near as good the as the ones you've already seen), where he choses Saber instead.

The endings for the Heaven´s Feel movies by Aimer are just specacular, each one of them depicts so beautifully and painfully at the same time what Sakura is feeling and thinking in ech movie, without hesitating i think Heaven´s Feel movies are peak anime and the third one is my favorite movie of all time, i know you will love it, and btw the animation and fights by Ufotable are beyond amazing.

To me HF feels like the natural sequel to Fate/Zero. I watched UBW after Zero (as it Aired) and althought I love it so much, it doesn't feel like it followed a conclusion to Zero, and Heaven's Feel fills that void

Fate/Stay Night was originally a visual novel with three extensive branching routes, each one with Saber, Rin, and Sakura as the heroine respectively. Fate Zero is a prequel that was written later to cover how the previous war for the Holy Grail set the stage for the original story.

More Fate Woo, I hope he watch's the original Fate/Stay Night, All 3 routes (UBW, Heavens Feel, and Fate) are all canon and happen at the same time, it just depends on which romance you choose to pursue (Rin, Sakura or Saber respectively). Also I like to call Fate an evolving medium because it just keeps getting better and better like in part 1 of Fate/Grand Order the writing is bit meh but by the time we get to Camelot and Babylonia in part one it just blew my mind and don't even get me started on LB 6 in part 2 because it is just perfection and it was the best peice of media in general that I consumed in the last year its just so good and I really hope it gets animated. Zero is a prequel to Unlimited Blade Works which follow the Rin Route. The Heavens Feel movies, while taking place in the same section of time as Unlimited Blade Works, are all part of the Sakura Route. These routes all play out in different ways thats why you don’t see Rin and Emiya getting close in the movies.

It is complicated, and technically, there are 3 possible main routes the story can take after Fate/Zero. The Fate route, which was adapted into anime in 2006 by Deen is a very shitty adaptation and fans are dying for a remake. The UBW route, which was adapted into anime in 2014 by ufotable. The Heaven's Feel route, which was adapted into anime in 2017 by ufotable. So, if the question is "What does the Fate/Zero story precede?" The answer is all of them (and if you really want to be technical, which is for Fate fans nitpicking, none of them)

I dont recommend making reaction on Heavens Feel. It’s one of the best in Fate Series but there are some extreme NSFW parts. There’s rape thats ganna happen there to a very important main character, and the way they show/revealed it is quite sick and you will not feel good about it (really not good feeling). It may be possible if you cut it though, just dont show it 😂
