I hope you don’t call the USA’s version of rugby football like they do but it turns out your also confused as to what a foot and hand is as in the NFL the ball is on the feet for about 2% of the game, the rest in hands or out of control on the floor. It should be called hand ball or floor ball which actually makes sense where as in “soccer” the ball is actually played with feet and it’s illegal to use your hands unless your a goalkeeper or throw ins.
