I do agree with the opinion on Foden to some extent. While he's a great player to watch while on song,he is a luxury player,while Saka and Salah deliver every season. City would have won the Prem either way and he mainly came of the bench during the treble winning season.Moreover he's had a shite start to this season. He's also not done much in an England shirt tbf.He has flashy moments but has never really imposed himself as City's main man which is probably due to them having the likes of KDB clashing with him for the central role.

About Messi and Ronaldo, I really hate the tribalism their fanbases have. Plus at this point, both players are approaching 40 and are not really the players they once were, hence why they’re practically playing in retirement leagues. Ligue 1 and the prem are fast paced compared to mls and Saudi. Messi and Ronaldo (even if Ronaldo is still in top shape) can’t keep up with the pace of the European leagues anymore. I’d never thought I’d say this but I hope after let’s say 2026 World Cup (since ronaldo will play at this years euros and he and Messi will want to be at the World Cup in North America ), both Messi and Ronaldo retire. Again they’re both almost 40, they’ve both accomplished everything regardless of who has more, and it would be better for both to retire in the next couple years than outstay their welcome in football. I mentioned the tribalism of both fanbases, I feel those fanbases have both lost track of where Messi and ronaldo are at this point and I feel they keep expecting both of them to play like they’re still in their 20s. Plus the worst part is choose a side rather than respect both players.
