As a Cavs fan. I think JB might be a really nice coach for them right now. I think JB is good at making a culture with a group of young guys. I think he has some good defensive schemes. Though I think he lacks good offensive schemes (what might cause problems with there shooting), his rotations are sometimes questionable, and could use timeouts more efficiently. With all that said, I think he could elevate the Pistons play in 2-3 years.
