How about showing them the might of those WORTHY to be called demon lords. Ones that would make All For One cry like a baby. After all, if they see just how low on the totem pole he is in terms of being a genuine threat, that could embolden them to train more. Sauron vs. The Lich King. (Sauron would straight up slaughter AFO) Ganondorf vs. Bowser. (Ganon would definitely enslave AFO) Frieza vs. Megatron. Darkseid vs. Thanos. Joker vs. Sweet Tooth. Also, how about showing Deku the videos featuring "quirkless" combatants, like Batman vs. Iron Man and John Wick vs. James Bond, to give him a confidence boost.

Gulp 😬 this death battle really freak me out a lot also the way guts try to finish what he started as a last stand it remained me of Naruto rock lee vs gaara although rock lee lost but like gut his body just move on instinct that's what it felt like but hey if I was in the death battle like that I probably be standing too sometimes it just goes on autopilot you know a true warrior even if you lose your body just does not let you kneel a last stand.
