Irons game sense is incredible, he doesn't get enough recognition for his gameplays, people just think he camps or does recons. He plays the game as inteded and plays the circles, and then outrotates/positions everyone on the map. Just because he doesn't land superstore and drop 20+ bombs every game doesn't make him not entertaining. quick edit: He plays solos now because quads/trios there is too much money/respawns so the 'battle royale' concept is lost making it too easy and less punishable, he plays solo because its harder and is still getting 10+ wins a stream/day.

Also in final circle fight, considering he is "the best warzone player" that means his teamates are worse than him. Which means if they make a mistake he wouldn't of made, they are man down in final fight. Where as in solos, being the "best" means that he just has to execute against the 1 or 2 enemies (if he gets 3rd party) never a man down. Never have to wonder if that person you knocked behind that tree has self or not. Solo gameplay and solo final circles are by far easier to win that quads or trios.

Iron does a lot of little things that most of us don't think about. Like dropping his ammo before dropping munitions or using stopping power so he can pick that ammo up later. Or the way he uses stuns. It's not always offensive, he uses it as a scouting tool quite often. If he gets a hit marker he knows someone is there. Also when he is not playing solos he cares very little for ghost. If this game was duos or trios he would not have taken ghost simply because he has the power position and is going to defend it. Meaning people will know he is there and he is fine with that. Restock is more useful to him in that scenario. If he had the money he would have also blocked either ladder with the load out drop. Whoever picks up a load out will usually pick a fully loaded for ammo

kinda gotta agree that was my thought as well. he "moved around a lot".. no, he locked down a roof top, as if he camped in Downtown, or hospital, etc. and let players come to him. difference between that and "campers" ( i am one of them ) is what ? I dont sit in a corner, but, i dont have the skills for gunfights across the map. i try to pick, plot, scheme my way to a win.(no i dont have any wins, but, i have maybe 20-30 rounds under my belt ? closest was 3rd in Solo ).. i dont care about K/D. its a nice Ego stat. i'm still new, and will never be good, thats just the breaks when u get old, and NOW have a game u love playing, but reflexes that are lightyears behind most players.

There was a term coined back in 2008 called Aggresive Camping coined by Xcal when he did some guides for COD4. It's when you shut down and control and area (pretty much gatekeeping). I think there is a huge difference between power position camping, and corner campers. One will get you a lot of kills, and one will get you a couple of kills. A camper that doesn't hide, but announces theire positions and pretty much ask you to come for them I got no problems with. I have more problem with the guy that sits in a corner or in the bathroom with a heartbeat sensor waiting for you.

If looking for good spots to land. Tips to look for, always look where the stores are!!! Dont land where there is only 1 store or no store within 400 meters. You dont want to have to rotate majorly with 10k+ on you and ground loot. Because the wasted time in getting there, other people have loadout already and will be ready for you. Also banks can sometimes give you stupid loot. Also always move forward when landing anywhere. And you don't have to be first to the ground! It's better to let someone land on that roof and then you land right on them as they pick up a gun or right before. They will be in animation lock and easy double melee. And DONT CRASH OUT FOR SCAVS. IF YOU ARE FLYING IN AND SEE 4 TEAMS LANDING ON THE SCAV! ABORT TO ANOTHER BUILDING! that is biggest mistake. Unless your playing quads, cause then 1 person dying (who wins gulag most of time) and grabbing scav before death then coming back. Is great value for the team. However its high risk and dont recommend as its low percentage play.

One thing to note. You have advantage, when you land last. In game like Apex, if you land last, there is next to no loot left. In WZ lots of places to loot, finding semi-decent weapon is piece of cake. And knowing how many people are around can make a huge difference on game plan in that area.

I guess its "camping" but eh i dont care abt that as much 2) it seems like if you pay attention to loadout drops and recon locations well enough, you can predict where its comin' from amd where ur next crate will be because of this pattern that he mentions a lot throughout the video. 3) awareness seems like nothin' like "oh im bein' hunted" but it legit is a huge advantage if you pay attention with where people land. 4) prediction i guess would be a good tactic but i woulsnt say it works all the time but it may be good if you know the map really well and ur expectation.

Best way to practise for solos is jumping in on a solo trip games you have to think a lot faster improves you’re gunskill quicker positioning etc

Solos is played drastically different than trios so not necessarily.

JGOD Okay maybe I should focus on more strategy on solos then

I can definitely say that Solo Trios makes you a much stronger player. It's fast-paced, fun, and gotta be smart to try to take out 3 dudes. Positioning, Aim, Movement all have to solid and if you die ( you will die a lot) You will learn what you did wrong immediately. Game is much less forgiving and will punish you for bad plays. ( I have my game uploaded if you wanna check it out). I definitely recommend trying it out, its much more fun than Duos/Solo.

Idk how people spot enemies in far shadowy areas. Maybe my blindness doesn’t help, but I’ve seen people spot enemies from far with no hesitation.

Olive I just factory reseted my monitor which helped a lot, then in settings I changed it to game picture. My monitor is also 1080p so I do struggle a bit.

So one thing you don't mention which I would bet money that the player you featured in this video knows and pays attention to: 18:50, where he buys the UAV and snipes the guy that's way out behind him. As soon as that circle closed if you open your mini map and pay attention to the oblong side of the circle, you can GAURANTEE there's one or two on that side. It will always be oblong around the furthest player(s) out. So the UAV was probably because he suspected them when he saw it was oblong on his side.

“You can see he’s not really camping” while he spent over half the match on the same rooftop
@davis40104 жыл бұрын
Camping is when you waiting quietly someone to pass by, ideally not seen at all and attack by chance. He just owned those spots and actively engaged anyone coming near him. It's BR in the end.

"He's not camping" stays in the same building the whole game

He dropped his existing ammo before he resupplied from the Munitions box, that's a smart way to keep spare ammo in an area you know you're gonna hold. You can do the same thing with Armour box, drop all your armour and restock to full to have extra plates around for when you need it.

Dude you rock! Watched this video the other day, went inside and won my 1st solo win! Only 2 kills, not really how I usually play but, awesome to get a win!
