The first part of the lyric is right, she's saying searching for an oasis but the second part she says is "난 네 주위를 맴돌지" which means I'll hover around you. I have no idea why translation goes to "fresh like rain when I'm thirsty" but that's not what she's saying. Maybe JYP wants it to be interpreted like that? Also, she doesn't mean oasis "FOR" this kitty cause that has weird implications. They're just using kitty aesthetics (yeji's hairstyle) and saying they're looking for an oasis.
