I think cheshire refers to the Cheshire cat from alice in wonderland because he's known to be very vague and you can never tell the true meaning behind his words or actions. The entire mv is a representation of that as are the lyrics. (This is just the basics of what i know, i might have gotten something wrong or excluded something, but this is basically it)

They had such a strong start and then jyp decided to focus on less important things, causing itzy to go on a decline since sneakers, considering it was such a kids-bop tune, and they are teens/young adults. It was disappointing (dont comment on my comment about my side comment, i dont need it, its just my opinion of how i see itzy compared to a few comebacks ago.)

@@lovelykayyz I meant more falling off in the kpop industry, like their concepts have been repetitive/predictable, they havent been getting care, barely have any variety promotions anymore, in contrast to how they used to be on so many shows, even shows like knowing bros. I feel like jyp used up all of the "believe in urself" concepts for them too early, which led to them running out of ideas, and instead of giving them more mature concepts or letting the members input their take, they defaulted to kids bop and boring, overused and repetitive choreo. Like I LOVE cheshire as a song but the dance is soo terribly boring for them, and they repeat the same moves like 500 times. Its not like the usual concept of First and second chrous being the same, then maybe a dance break, and then the last chorus being different to represent the change after the climax. Its just the same chorus choreo each and every time. Hope i explained better

I think they're doing fine? They've been getting a lot of international hate but they charted well with Kill my doubt in Korea. In my opinion, Cake is a song that suits them incredibly well, the music video was stunning and it's what got me into Itzy, same with Bet on Me. The only problem I have is the promotion, I think.

It doesn't require a complex choreography. ITZY are always doing well on Korean charts no matter what. They're currently the best-charting JYP group in Korea. They're charting much higher than Twice and Stray Kids on Korean digital platforms in the last few years.

Y’all need to react to (G)idle which is a self produced girl group which means they write, compose and produce all of their songs mostly their leader which is soyeon she has won awards as best producer.
