By the way, I promised myself to never be a Kpop fan but broke that promise because of Onew, and then Shinee as a group. Pretty sure Shinee would be my only Kpop singers I listen to. I just got into K-pop through IU (honestly best place to start) and so before this episode I didn’t really know who SHINee was. From the beginning I just loved their chemistry together! They were having so much fun. IU has the power of creating the most comfortable environments and get people talking. But when she started singing Sherlock i swear to god my mouth fell open!! This jazzy version of Sherlock remains my favorite topping the original. It sounds like butter in my ears, I cannot get over it. Just the same happened to dear name SHINees ver. I already knew the song so I was kinda skeptical someone would get even close to how IU performs it and conveys her emotions. But man, for the first time I cried listening to dear name. I knew about the 5th member and how IU and him were friends, so it hit a lot harder having all 5 friends singing they would never forget his name. And the vocals!!! I’m convinced no Western male singer has made me feel what I felt as I listened to them sing. I haven’t been able to forget those two performances for weeks now and I seem to always come back to them. Cannot listen to any version of dear name anymore without crying hahaha

SHINee's friendship with IU mostly goes back to Jonghyun, SHINee's late main vocalist, being really close friends with her and even wrote songs for her (Gloomy Clock on her Modern Times album). It's nice to see them together again after such a long time, even if it's a bit bittersweet without Jonghyun Also the one who you keep praising for his voice is Taemin, the youngest of the group and actually the main dancer :D He is also known as one of the most impressive soloists in south korea

SHINee is a legendary 2nd gen group and are known as the Princess of KPOP. Jonghyun and Taemin knew each other before meeting the other SHINee members, as they were trainees together before being assigned to the group. As such, elder JH took Taemin under his wing and became, as JH put it, "Taemin's 2nd. mother". He was very protective of Taemin. JH also designated himself as Taemin's fan club president, attended Taemin's concerts, even delaying his own concert by 2 days just so he could attend Taemin's 1st solo concert with Onew. He was so proud of Taemin's singing growth and hardwork. Sadly, we lost Jonghyun to his life-long battle with chronic depression in 2017. She calls them Sunbae not Sunbenim because they debuted May 2008 and she debuted in September 2008 some of them are older and Taemin is the same age, there were three young kids in Kpop in 2008, Taemin youngest then IU and Minhwan of Ft island.

KEY is lead rapper and lead dancer is very popular amoung other GG and a made collab with some idol a is also an actor . ONEW the leader of the group and the main vocal like many male main vocal from theprévious génération idol a is very talented . MINHO the main rapper of SHINee this man is so swag i love him JONGHYUN main vocal and the fallen angel of the group sadly a commit a suicide 2year's ago and it's becaume a very bad year's for kpop because many other idol's follow him . and i was in shock as a super invested fan i didn't understand what's happen this particular year . you didn't often react on boys group but like girls group you got a very long list of good group and SHINee is for sure one of the best .
