My first time hearing IZ*ONE! Let me know your thoughts. None of the songs were bad but I def vibes with the last 2 most.

Honestly I would suggest dance practices they were really well known for how synchronized their dances were and I feel like the MVs never really showed key points of the choreo, especially for Panorama and Secret Story of the Swan. I would also suggest Sequence dance practice it doesn't have an MV but I feel like people have always enjoyed this song and the dance practice is iconic.

Some context / notes! - Who are in groups now: Wonyoung + Yujin (IVE); Sakura + Chaewon (LE SSERAFIM) - Who are soloists now (you should def check out if u haven’t yet ~cough cough~): Eunbi, Yena, Chaeyeon, Jo Yuri* - Who branched into acting: Minju, Hyewon, Nako, Hitomi, Jo Yuri has also done some dramas (and will be in Squid Game season 2!) Panorama was IZ*ONE’s last title track unfortunately ;-; They made 5 Korean title tracks overall, so the only one you’ve missed was their 2nd title Violetta! When Panorama was released, people didn’t know it was going to be their last one (although we were suspecting it from the sadder tone) bc there was talk for extending their contacts but it never happened :T Anyways if you were interested in hearing more from IZ*ONE, I’d recommend listening to Violetta, Highlight, Sequence, + D-D-Dance (their last release and it was for the Universe app)! There’s only performance vids for Highlight and Sequence but they are pretty much fan favs! And I agree with others to recommend their dance practice vids! “A Guide to IZ*ONE: the Movie by LKTV” is like almost a 2 hour introduction to them, but it’s really great if you’re interested. 36:56 The girl with the solo dance was Ahn Yujin, She's currently in IVE and is the leader of IVE. She is a very good dancer and singer honestly Iz*one had a super strong dance line in general. The blonde short hair girl was also considered a member of the dance line, her name is Kwon Eunbi. You mentioned it in the K-pop profile section but she did in fact go solo and she has a lot of amazing songs.

I miss IZONE SO MUCH. They were like my #2 group after GFRIEND and Izone disbanded like a month before them so I basically lost my top 2 girl groups in the beginning of 2021. Panorama still makes me tear up since it’s was their last comeback before they disbanded. I believe there was discussions to extend their contract but not all the companies agreed to it. Iz*one was known for their beautiful dance formations and synchronization. It’s pretty amazing how well they move together seeing as they were 12 girls who were formed on a survival show and had varying training in dance. Concept wise, I honestly don't know what the exact name of it is, I always considered like flowery elegance? Like, their looks and moves always looked elegant but not "Sexy" or "cutesy" in a way kinda the category I'd put WJSN's later concepts in.

Fun fact about Panorama, there’s a survival show airing these days called I-Land 2 and some of the contestants did this song… They had to lower the key because the song is so high they couldn’t handle it. Panorama the nightmarish bop you are ❤

I think you missed it while reading the profiles but the youngest members Yujin and Wonyoung are under Starship Entertainment and redebuted in IVE. You missed a title track in the middle of your reaction, the song 'Violeta'. The most synchronized choreography of a girl group, I recommend you watch the dance practices later when you are already familiar with the members. I love iz*one 🤧❤️‍🩹 Chaewon and Felix used to look alike the most at 2018 when they had the same hair color and sang the same song, the fans started saying they looked similar and that just stayed until nowadays. their dance practices can really show you where they shine incredibly which is their synchronization! the only title track that you missed was Violeta so if you wanted to listen to that, there’s that song as well :) if i were to recommend bsides, they would be “Highlight” “Colors” “Up” “Airplane” “Sequence” “Merry Go Round” “O Sole Mio” and they do have some ballads and slower songs (all which are great)! Panorama was their last “official” title track as songs after it were either promotional songs or songs for apps (like D-D-Dance which is also a great song!) I hope you like them enough to listen to them more but if not that’s totally okay! i’m glad you reacted to them since i’ve been wanting you to for a couple months now lol

The greatest quality Iz*one had was consistency concept and sound wise. They are by far the best product out of the Produce shows for that reason for me. Also they gave birth to very successful groups too which is amazing.

To know IZONE more you really need to hear their albums. Their concept is elegance so their title tracks kinda have the same formula, and it can't really show much of what they can offer. Like in their albums they show more vocal ranges and genres. There are also sub-unit songs in their BLOOM*IZ, which is the album I recommend. Anyways thank you for the reaction ❤❤

I really enjoy when you stop and read the profiles. I often find myself learning new things also. I had never heard that Yena had cancer as a child and was told she wouldn’t make it. That’s horrific, I’m glad she’s better now. Given she’s known for being a happy virus, you’d NEVER have expected her to have had that kind of past. I love Le Sserafim, I’d really love you to check them out (don’t believe any of the nastiness being spread about them, people are just mean). Ive are also really good. I haven’t listened to much of their discography outside of the title tracks but every time I do catch a snippet, it makes me really look forward to the day I’ll finally get enough time to really sit down and properly listen to their albums.

It was fun watching you react to them, because I haven't paid much attention to IZ*ONE in a while and it was nostalgic. I watched Produce 48 as it was airing (Chaeyeon was my first pick!) and I liked the group once it was formed, but I feel I didn't make the most of it while it lasted. Now with ZEROBASEONE I'm wah more invested, and enjoying every moment while it lasts, and I'm loving it, so I wish I had done the same with IZ*ONE. I watched your reaction in two parts bc I fell asleep halfway through lol. So I don't remember specific things you said about the members for the first songs, but for Panorama, the ones thaf called your attention were Yujin and Eunbi. IZ*ONE has a lot of Japanese releases, so I recommend those as well. I really enjoy their discography, and I feel it had a distinct IZ*ONE feel to it, something about their music thar just feels consistent theoughout. I hope your get to check out the members' current projects in the future. I especially love Yena's and Chaeyeon's solo music. They were my bias and wrecker in the group, and I'm thankful I really like their solo music too. Thanks for the reaction!

Since you skipped Yujin and Wonyoung are from IVE (which surpassed TWICES hanteo albums career sales in only 2 years with +5 million copies sold in Korea), one of the biggest 4th gen girl groups right now, you should react to them 😢. They’re not as well known worldwide as sserafim bc they’re not from a big company like hybe or payola but they have achieved WAY MORE than sserafim when it comes sales and achievements in Korea and their music is magical.
