"Let me know what you want me to react to from Jonathan Young." Finally, my time to shine. In no particular order I recommend: 1. Oogie Boogie's Song (Nightmare Before Christmas) 2. Shiny (Moana) 3. He'll fire 4. Be Prepared (Lion King) 5. Poor Unfortunate Souls (Little Mermaid) 6. The Greatest Show (w/ Caleb Hyles) 7. The Road to El Dorado 8. It's Tough to Be a God (w/ Caleb Hyles) 9. Phantom of the Opera 10. Toxic Love (Fern Gully)

He’s done 2 fantastic covers of Misty Mountains as well! The old one is just him and his voice, while the second is a bit more hard rock and has other people. His cover of Hercules is a fun one, as is his cover of the Monster Mash!

This is seriously my favorite rendition of this song....and like you said....there are A LOOOT of covers to this song. Just bonkers how low they go! Between Bobby's crisp bass notes, Jonathan's raspy low notes and Colm's... well, unearthly note there at the end of his section...dear lord! And you make me laugh so hard! I absolutely love when you pick up your pens hahaha

If you haven't already, you should check out Misty Mountains by Jonathan Young, Colm and Peyton Parrish. It's absolutely epic. I watch it non stop.

I got the chills. You got the chills, I got the chills, we all got the chills. Also, I get what you mean about crying. To me, it's whenever music or songs just sound so good to me. Not sure if that's why, but that's my best guess.
@Drake8442217 ай бұрын
Honestly, there's a lot of great Jonathan Young out there to be had. One of his classics is Hellfire, though there's also Bells of Notre Dame that he did with Caleb Hyles. But, if you would be interested in some of his newer (and I emphasize original) works, I recommend Land of the Living or Hoist The Colors. Though, his song Army of Tigers is... beyond absurd XD

I don't know if you've ever checked out Caleb Hyles (Hi-Ls) but he does a lot of collabs with Jonathan and is also amazing. Here's a link to their cover of Hallelujah. Its with Colm, Dan Vasc, Jonathan, Thomas Sanders, and Caleb. Enjoy! kzbin.info/www/bejne/r2jOc3h9p7GZoK8

You actually act out how I feel so closely. There have been times when I’ve damn near driven off the road or needed to stop the car and put on the hazards, jump out and pee so I don’t piss all over myself, then walk around the car a couple of times.
