Regarding the financial portions of this: this shows that everyone of every level of success can have the same problems in personal finance. The vast majority of people (even people we look up to) live above their means due to lack of good guidance / mentoring / education. Don't let your expenses grow to your income guys!

38:45 There is narcissism (the trait) that everyone has to some degree and there is NPD, Narcissistic Personality Disorder which is a permanent disorder. Anyone can have traits of narcissism, but NPD is pretty rare. It has been described as a "fight, fawn" stress response by Pete Walker a therapist on author who has written books on trauma and CPTSD.
