totally agree, I was directly behind Loz's booth in the bleachers for both days, it was amazing to be near so many people who are personal heroes and on the wall at my gym, and the love everyone gave to Oleksii was incredible as well

Would also love to hear more about the role of "gentlemen's agreements" as mentioned in this video, as that element of strategy doesn't seem to get discussed much but is so critical to understanding how the athletes approach things.

I was so happy to run across Liz and Andrea at the Arnold's. That brief encounter made my day. I never got to say hello to Loz as he was a very busy man. Liz, you are an asset to the sport. When I first started getting into strength training, and had 0 clue as to what I was doing or how to train. You gave me great advice and even some awesome cues to fix my atrocious squat and deadlift.
