As a 50 year OSU devotee, I can tell you this was a tough one to take. But, most people I know wanted this rivalry to be healthy and competitive again, and so it is! As they say; be careful what you wish for. Congratulations on the ass-kicking you administered to my team and good luck to Michigan moving forward in the playoffs. Do the B1G proud!

Huge Buckeye fan here. Congratulations on the win. If OSU can’t go to the playoffs then best of luck to Michigan. Make us Big 10 proud! BTW, there are tons of OSU fans that don’t make excuses, gloat when we beat Michigan etc. I was at the game yesterday and interacted with Michigan fans all over the place (tailgating, on shuttles, in the stadium, at the Skull Session. etc) and everyone had a great time. Even after the game!! I think both sides have their fair share of ass holes but for the most part, fans on both sides are good-natured, decent people. Good luck in the playoffs.

I am curious about the CJ Stroud Fumble. Why were they not able to reward Michigan with the fumble (claiming that it was not reviewable) but they had not initially called a fumble by Blake Corum when he was hurt but had no problem changing the call?

22:10 As I said regarding Michigan in a blowout loss scenario, OSU does not deserve to be in the playoff. The loss was that emphatic. It wasn't a close loss after a battle for the ages. They hit Michigan with their best punch and that gave them a 3pt lead at halftime. Then it was over, totally over. Yes, if a UM fan it didn't feel like it in real-time but that's anxiety. Go back and you see that the game was OVER going in to the 4th. OSU had basically quit. That's not a playoff team and I'd say the same if the roles were reversed. In fact I did, in writing, many times. I'm not saying it because UM won. The way they lost disqualifies them, IMO.

I remember a quote from Coach Taylor on Friday Night Lights. "Do not play with revenge in your hearts, for you will make mistakes." Or something similar to that. To me, this is Ohio State in 2022. They played with revenge and made plenty of mistakes that were self-inflicted. Michigan took all of the things they have learned about OSU and used it to make them better. They played clean football. They made Ohio State doubt itself. You can see it when Ohio State had the lead at the half they did not come out and play like they had a lead, they played with doubt. Michigan is like a shark when it smells blood or fear, it exploits it.

The offensive game plan was the same as always. They kept pounding and eventually wore em down and broke through. The reason it looked so different and why the running game was so bad in the first half was the fact that ohio state put NINE guys in the box almost every play. That is also why the HUGE plays came so easy. No back end to make a tackle.

I was very nervous about this game. It was not helped by Blake leaving after 2 carries. But the Team Blue came through. I pray that Blake and Dono and Schoon return to form in the playoffs. If so, I think they can beat Georgia and win the championship. GO BLUE!!

Word on social media is two 4-star recruits at OSU hinting strongly they will cancel their verbal commitments to OSU after that shellacking in Columbus. OSU obviously a program in decline and everyone can see it.

I know what he means by picking Michigan to lose. After both had played Penn State and Michigan had tripled Penn States score and Ohio State hadn't won nearly as convincingly I began to think Michigan would win and Ohio State was a paper tiger. But then Michigan lost Corum and it didn't look like he'd be 100 percent for the game. I switched thinking "Sunny day, home field advantage, we lost our heisman candidate, they have theirs." I figured Michigan to lose by about 10 after the Corum injury. I figured Michigan's D would keep us close. But we'd be entirely dependent on our QB to win and he wouldn't be able to do it. However, when I saw Edwards come in. Once again switched to U of M is gonna win this one. If anyone can replace Corum it would be Edwards.

OSU Defensive Coordinator is a fraud. Why have 8 in the box with BC2 on the bench? No need, play straight up…. He/they never adjusted to the fact that we were not going to pound the ball until we pounded the ball……

There is a whole generation of little bucknut fans never knowing what it's like to beat Mighty Yostian Meeshigan. Last Buckeye win was back in 2019. Serious question for Ryan Day, had the 2 teams played each other in the Corona Virus Year in 2020, would UM have won by 100 points? Oh wait....

Urban Meyer did the same thing in 06 saying we should be packing our bags to Glendale Arizona, coach Lloyd Carr said he wasn't going to lobby for michigan to make it and he obviously thought it was in bad taste that Meyer did that

As a diehard OSU fan, I have to say TTUM came down and beat us on every facet of the game, especially coaching. We have no excuses this time. No weather to blame and injuries on both sides were equal. Our coaching from the top down is bad, our QB refuses to run for yards when there are open lanes, but most of all, our guys do not have the inner will to play hard on every down nor the Football IQ, discipline and situational awareness. Having top 5 recruiting classes every year doesn't fix these issues. OSU can lose to anyone and can beat anyone which tells me they have enough talent but the variable on any given Saturday is the coaching, the players attitude, injuries and luck/turnovers. I obviously despise TTUM but they should be given respect since their players simply wanted it more than ours. Good luck the rest of the way and bring home a CFB National Championship to the B10 if it's not going to be the Buckeyes.
