10:39 To add to this, it's really interesting how (outside of candid videos that aren't edited or performed much) all typical personality branded KZbinrs and Vtubers all play a character to an extent. And then there's the Green Influencer Arc project which is entirely at character end of the spectrum when it comes to online personas, counting more as an ARG / unfiction. And audiences have a variety of ways of interacting with all of this, from completely believing in it, or just enjoying it purely as entertainment without taking it too seriously. I'm not sure I really had a point to any of this lol, just interesting observations.

No you're right, even 2hen just playing the audience part it's really cute and connecting towards to the whole stick gang. I will use five nights at Freddy's for example. The players were soooo drawn in when Scott listened to the people, made a few changes but also made it into an environmental mystery, for the players to solve with each new game. At the time it was engaging but now that it's slowed or near end, you can't really get new people into it the way it was while developing.

I will say my theory, Like most others i think glitch green escaped, and was attacking his friends, but eventualy when green went to go appologys either his friends are gone or they were being attacked them being attacked: glitch green escaped and attacked them and eventualy came out but 50% of my brain thinks one of the stickgang members will be thrown in the recycle bin idk why i think this tho, but i do think that they will be able to save them, whichever one it is them being missig: green will look for them all over and alan will make an apperence, and maybe king orange and purple will come as well, and it would have been glitch green who kidnapped his friends. also i saw this theory where it was green who uploaded the weird videos to weaken glitch green because they like, becsme apart of him or smth, so yeah, idk if ill make a post with this and or more theorys, for now ill just put it here

Thats just DJ and Alan's colors, its the channel color theme. Thats why their face cams are outlined with them. DJ is a bright orange though, King orange is more desaturated. I'm not as sure about purple. But I think Purple is a more pinkish purple while Alan is just purple.

I’ve got a theory, The gang (aside from green) tried to delete everything in the recycling bin (which we saw on Alan’s channel) and when they did that the recycling bin couldn’t handle everything and all the deleted content from their videos got shot out and some made it onto green’s channel. Or Green didn’t want to hide anything anymore and posted everything that they deleted. Especially the stuff the comments didn’t like.

There's a strong kayfabe to these videos, we know there's teams of animators behind this but it is a microcosm of the kinds of content we have experienced here on youtube for years, almost 2 decades at this point. It's steeped in a culture that is ingrained in all of us, all the different kinds of videos green has made, they all exist on youtube, channels like Dude Perfect or How Ridiculous, FreddieW and Corridor Digital, the plethora of low effort reactors, the mean spirited prank channels, and even the toxic positivity and sigma grindset trends too. We kinda know how this affects the creators but this really highlights just how much damage can be caused to the offline relationships of the people getting youtube famous. It's a fantastic display of a shared cultural understanding of youtube and its us as the audience is playing into that.

I bet 2 spanish euros that the last episode will go like this: the bad guy comes back, everyone except green starts fighting. Then, camera goes to green's studio where he is recording the "watching my friends having fun without me" video, except now we know that they weren't "having fun" they were fighting the bad guy. Then, green decides to get out of his studio to hang with the rest, but he realizes what was really going on. The camera goes back to the fight, where green makes a heroic entrance to help his friends. They fight for, like, a minute or something and then they win using some shenanigan from another episode. Finally, it all ends with all the deleted videos getting updloaded to youtube by accident, green reunites with the rest after saying sorry and everyone is happy (except the bad guy, because he's dead now).
