Yo, finally a creator who recognizes how Harley is. She has some great tools, especially in the air. However, to make full use of her tools, you have to play really fast and make lots of reads and outplays on your opponent to try to suffocate them. Otherwise, Harley has a hard time getting in on many characters(especially mages), and can't really box as hard as a lot if bruisers(like shaggy and batman)

Marvin is definitely skillful. He kinda sucks and you need to be five steps ahead of your opponent to do much and all of his good moves are locked behind cooldown, leaving him with only his Jab3 and UpTilt as his projectiles. But if you think Marvin is skilless, I'll rate that opinion. I won't AGREE with that opinion but I will rate it.

I also think that Finn is in the middle of the pack when it comes to skill since now they removed his zero-to-deaths and without them he kinda struggles to kill in a game where most characters kill you in the double digits. Although, he still has a good combo game.
