I love the way you show yourself in the gym! By filming that you make mistakes but keep trying anyway and believe that eventually you'll stick it, I think that gives great encouragement to those who get frustrated cause they can't land their routine (yet). As somebody who hasn't particularly partaken in Gymnastics before, I just wanted to say what a great thing you're doing for the younger generation and people as a whole. Hi Nile I always say wow ur such an inspiration but I never say why so let me tell u. About a year ago I was smashing my main sport (swimming) doing my best times and I was really happy, then love happened. I met a girl and to start off with we were just friends but i sarted getting feelings for her everyone was telling me to also her out and I did and she said yes. I was so happy we were a good couple to start off with. To start off with. After a couple of months it just went down hill we just weren't even speaking to each other. Before I knew it she broke up with me. I cried myself to sleep countless nights and no body knew. My times weren't good and everything went down. And I never let her go. The day after she broke up with me she went put with my best friend. I was heart broken. And that is were I am at now moving to secondary school in a week. The reason u inspire me is because u work so hard everyday and never give up, u inspired me to last night work the hardest I've ever worked. Thank You

Hey Lydia, not going to lie it probably will :/ keeping up with your conditioning is extremely important and although its important to rest too and enjoy your holiday I would try and get a few sessions in before you go back so your body doesn't take as much of a hit!

You'll have body fat all over your body, just because you can't see it doesn't mean its not there. You CANT, I repeat, YOU CANT target body fat, body fat comes off as a whole you can't just do an ab workout and expect to lose just belly fat, it doesn't happen. Losing fat takes time, keep up the hardwork and consistency and you'll see results OVER time.

hey Nile could you do a video about some of tour favourite skills on each apparatus? just skills you loved learning and performing over the years and the levels? also thanks for the video you did explaining the scoring system in gymnastics. i was always a bit confused by that but your video helped clear things up for me a lot. keep up the awesome work! :)
