Storme Brown Put some research in and make your own. You'll also learn about the why, rather than someone just telling you do this. There are pleanty of other authorities within bodyweight fitness, plyometrics and gymnastics, that have posted free routines/exercises here on youtube or online elsewhere.

Hi, Nile! I just wanted to say thank you for the awesome job you do with the vlogs! THey really are amazing. This one in particular brought up some memories. On 11 December 2016, my Mom lost her battle with cancer, and this video was released on what would have been her 61st birthday. I too am a guy who has very unfit parents but am quite fit myself and always push myself to be better at what I practice! Seeing my parents unathletic lifestyle and mindset daily is one of the motivation factors to stay fit for the rest of my life!

I'm vegan myself, study food sciences and follow a predominantly whole foods plant based diet which is the only diet that has ever been clinically proven to reverse heart disease. I always try to show example on how to live healthily and how tasty, satifying and overall amazing it feels when you eat healthy, exercise and sleep well. They have started making some better decisions but there is still a long long way to go! Listening to your child must be tough (even science shows it) and lifestyle changes can be really hard especially when you have taught yourself bad habits over an extremely long period of time prior to them. Small changes overtime will lead to great results eventually I believe! 😊

I’ve only recently started following but loving the vlogs. As an ex gymnast I started watching for the sport but the other content is really good and I was genuinely LOLing through that video.I gave up gymnastics because of the lack of money in it so I think it’s inspirational to see what you’re doing and it’s motivated me to put more effort into KZbin and not just focusing on Instagram for next year. Lexie Wahlenberg if you get junk food out your house it becomes impossible to eat when you crave those foods, after a while your taste buds will change and you wont want those foods anymore

Lexie Wahlenberg force yourself to eat healthy. After a while it will become natural. Then you won't crav junk as much. And when you do eat unhealthy you will know exactly why and it will be a treat instead of stress eating. You won't feel guilty. Also, learn to cook. No need to eat bland food. Check out Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay on KZbin for healthy recipes. Not all recipes of course but you need to pick which ones are.
