For Avery it was easier to bury it all, but after that child star and Avery stopped seeing each other, Avery was able to catch her breath and start processing what went down with her and Soph. Then the trip to Europe. Where I’m sure both were walking on eggshells and hiding the pain and the anger. Not always be successful I’m sure. It’s Avery’s turn to feel what Soph felt for months. And I’m sure there is a bit of satisfaction for Soph seeing an honest reaction from Avery. You can bet you’ve only seen a tiny sliver of what went down, and what’s still going down. Could they find a way back to each? Maybe. And if they did no one can say they should or shouldn’t, it’s there life. If they still love each other, they might come back stronger than ever. A video I never expected to see, though after the trip it makes sense that they should mend some fences. Good luck guys, and be honest with yourself and each other, wherever that leads.

Also, jojo was their mutual friend, they've been together to Disneyland. Jojo sent Soph some dexcom stickers when she found out that Soph had diabetes. The stickers was Avery's and Soph's picture together. It was all messed up. Jojo seemed to just be their good friend so no doubt Soph felt betrayed after this. Also, like 2 weeks before their break-up they were house hunting. They literally almost bought a house, Soph said they even put in an offer on a house and were waiting to be accepted. 💕✨It’s really beautiful they got to feel this together. This is how it ALWAYS goes down. The person who up & leaves & runs into a new relationship, always reaches that point where they have to feel what they were running from. They always get their karma & usually end that new relationship running back to the ex. The person who was left is usually in their healing stage & doesn’t accept them right back. These thing’s unfortunately need to happen to help us learn and grow. We all make mistakes and no one of us are perfect. Regardless you 2 changed each others lives for the better. I wish was as self aware as the two of you when I was your ages. Avery has a lot of deep issues, even commitment issues she needs to work on. As someone to have reached too close to the point of no return more times than I'd hoped for, either from the end of relationships too precious or losing those who turned out to be irreplaceable, this video came about as one of the truest manifestations of what it feels like to revisit a time which once felt so soul crushing and impossible to recover from. I’m tickled to see both of you together especially now addressing this. I have a lot of respect for both of you by doing exactly what you’re doing. There was pain there’s probably still will be pain but you’re able to work past it and learn from it and that’s a wonderful thing. Love really does come in different package and forms. I’d love to see you guys get back together as a couple, but if not the fact that you’re going to be friends through the whole thing is some thing that most people would not be able to do. God bless you both and I hope you continue to be friends at least and you should be proud of the fact that you’re able to care for each other still.

We learn to compartmentalize our pain & anger. When we jump into a new relationship it’s easy to focus on the moments we are in. I’ve been on both sides of the breakup. I’ve been the one to leave a relationship,be completely submerged into the “new” UNTIL you see your ex enjoying life. It’s completely a selfish mindset but it’s so human nature. We may not want to be w/them but the min they move on, we find ourselves being hurt. “I don’t want you, but I don’t want anyone else to have you” mindset. I’ve also been the one who’s heart was shattered, like legit pain in your chest,world ending, complete despair,anger & depression. In those moments it seems like it will never end. Life is just never going to be the same. As we all know it absolutely does get better & you end up forgetting what it was like to be in that relationship. Like you have all your memories (good & bad) but their body,being & the intense feelings you had for them become almost foreign. I do believe you can be friends w/your Ex, not right away(for me at least) over some much needed time away you can def interact & have a mutual understanding. I’m not saying bff’s, some can. But, not enemies, especially if you have the same friends. You can be around them w/o any resentment & sadness. You gotta be in a place of complete healing.
