I just know that ppl are going to mention how dark she was. #1 when ppl are younger, they are always darker it just happens. #2 when black women get older get really into different skin care products evening out skin tone they will "lighten up" #3 differebt camera different lighting #4 and shes mentioned that she was a lil ashy growing up so yeah. True, even black women are light skin as children but then dark skin as adults. It really has to do with hormonal changes and genetics and nothing is wrong with that! It’s important to embrace and love yourself no matter what your skin looks like.

I am lighter skin and was brown or more tan when I was younger in school. Especially during the summer ❤. It’s normal for melanated people to experience this. Beautiful girl and pretty energy ❤

The camera and lighting and back then I was a swimmer and would have outdoor swim practice for like 2 hours and would never take care of my skin😭so my skin did get a lil lighter
