I have a cold Guasha that I roll over my face in the morning. It can debloat my face by like 50% in a matter of 2 minutes. Instead of waiting like 45 minutes for the same result. I love the focus on ice & cold things in the morning. ❤

Please be careful using anything too cold directly on your skin. It's linked to capillary damage as our body does not like any extreme change, let alone suddenly. It won't kill you, but it's not nearly as helpful as people tout.
