This album is so good but it caught me so off guard the first time with Nate nonchalantly swearing in this song, i would also recommend his songs Leave Me Behind and Branded

Yeah, this is part of Nate’s first album after announcing he would no longer make “fandom songs,” (which he hasn’t actually gotten out of sadly). He still got dragged back into it, but he’s not focusing AS MUCH into it. I personally love both sides of his music, and I hope we hear more fully-original stuff from him! Also, my theory is that this song is about the fans that didn’t want him to stop making fandom songs.

@@raiyano7436 I mean, maybe. However, he’s made some community posts (that sound joke-y, but also seem like genuine questions) asking how people would react to him making more fanbase songs. It could go either way at this point. However, he also found a comfortable middle-ground where he makes the lyric videos with fanbase-themed for his original songs (basically focusing on making original music BEFORE tying it in with fanbases).

Yknow his fandom songs still hit hard if you’re interested, my personal favorite is “Obsolete.” But then again, everything this man makes is a banger, so listening to everything he makes totally works.

this entire album is about what has been going through the last while...he has had a lot of rough times and this album explains it all. It has helped me heal in so many ways its not even funny...this is easily his best album he has ever done

This song is literally my number 1 most played song of the year. Just so good but not my favorite track on the album the opening track, Socioenvy, is. The lyrics just hit so hard.
