I have something that no one mentions in Aerial tuts. while they help with the main point of getting the skill this one thing contributed to me getting my Aerial and I learned it from my coach, when you do the areal fully commit, it's easier to bail when your arms are tucked but above your head. when you go for your aerial swing your arms down so they end up at yous side. it will give you more power. also make sure you not only have a good cartwheel, but also a good launch and that you get the height needed for an aerial. I hope that this helps you if you still haven't got your aerial or others that haven't! but it's a good tip. I have watched your videos for ages and they have helped me with lots of skills. Thank you!

I've lost my aerial and need to get it back, but what helped me was practicing roundoffs a lot and trying to have my hands touch the ground for as little as possible. I'm not sure if anyone else does this but I swing my arms up when doing aerials and that seems to work. I actually made a video on my aerial journey, and my arm swing is really big.. Also practicing aerials on a downhill works, and helps get over the fear. Sometimes I just need to be warmed up a lot to do them. Make sure your good leg is flexible/stretched before :) I hope you get it!! Don't give up - mine took a little while to get...

I had been trying to do a front walkover for years! No joke!! I just couldn't stand up from a bridge. Then in one of your tutorials awhile back Maggie was learning how to do a front limber. I watched it and thought well why not give it another try. I started standing up from my backbend on 3 couch cushions and finished it on the floor! I was so surprised! That day I had no intention of doing it at all and by that night I had done it! Then the next day I did a front limber and a few weeks later I did a front walkover! I was SO happy!!! I'm now working on a front handspring and a back walkover which I also thought was never gonna happen! Thanks so much for inspiring and helping me!!

Anyone have any back handspring tips? I can do/used to be able to do a back walkover and I can do a back limber. I'm teaching myself at home (I'm self-taught) and don't have a trampoline :( I'm a little scared, but really want to do one!! Thanks :)
