I know you might not want my help or anything but remember to lock out your arms which basically means keeping your arms straight and by your ears the whole time, especially when you are going back. Some good drills for backhand springs are handstand blocks, handstand pushups, and jumps into handstands! Basically, make sure that you have the arm strength and you are putting your arms where they should be. I hope this helps you! Good luck!!!

I've been trying to do an aerial and a backhand spring forever, but I can't get over the fear of throwing myself backwards. And I can't seem to throw myself over in an aerial. Can you do a tutorial in that?

When you are doing your aerial, it helps to give an extra push on your back leg to get higher in the air

Idk if you have it, but I'd love to see a tutorial on different jumps. For example a split jump.

You need to have your splits. And having oversplots helps also. And having the strength in your legs to hold the splits. You can practice with ankle weights. Then practice without them. Your legs will feel so light.
