That last guy with the hotel job ALWAYS holds the camera so that we can see the "apparition". He films himself from the front, the ghost appears behind him, he films to the side into the mirror and the ghost... voilà, in the mirror. He films into that corridor... ghost in front of him at the end of that corridor. This is a setup with a friend wearing that hooded thing and a mask.

Im an otr trucker and been through Appalachia many times. Let me just say this. I have seen enough to know if you break down in the middle of nowhere, don't get out! Especially at night. Seen some strange stuff driving there. A lot of strange stuff everywhere. Anyway, God Bless.

It was 2 years before I could move out after the light switch incident I had. Was taking a shower when I was 13. I had played a prank on my sister the day before, I turned the light off on her while she was in the shower. We both would do this. Never went far incase they slipped. The idea was never to hurt the other, just make them shout, “Really!” Neither of us liked taking a shower in that bathroom, no natural light and it always felt like you were being watched. Even though there is no place for anyone to hide. We both would keep the door cracked and neither of us were mean enough to close the door after turning the lights off. Again the idea was not to hurt the other person just startle them. She wouldn’t get home for another 2 hours after this all went down. My parents were down stairs watching the news. No, we did not have dogs. Only cats. But in the shower keeping a strong eye on the light as I am shampooing so I could call her out if she tried. The next thing I know I watch the light switch flip down on its own. Before I could even react, I get shoved and not lightly shoved either, I got shoved hard enough that the shower pole came down on my head. It detached from the wall and hit me. And NO I didn’t grab the shower curtain my hands were still in my hair. There was no time to react. While trying to get the curtain off, I suddenly hear the door slam shut. It is pit black now. I managed to get out of the tub find and grab the door handle I just wanted to get the H.E.L.L out of there. Side note: There is no lock on this door because it was the kids bathroom and the military base I lived on had issues with toddler locking the doors and locking their moms out. So, to stop that from happening they replaced all the kids bathroom door handles with 0 locking abilities. End side note: This door would not open it mines well been locked. It wouldn’t budge. Now, I yelled in pain and shock when I got shoved and hit with the pole. But my brain went, this has to be a joke/prank so I didn’t continue screaming. That was about to change because this thing wasn’t done with me yet. Next thing I know there is a low pitch growl right in my ear from behind. It is pitch black I can’t see jack for all. My blood just ran cold. Again I didn’t have a chance to react before I get pined against the door. It sounded like I was about to get mauled by some wild animal. So, yeah at this point I am screaming like I am about to die. Mentally I am thinking I am going to die. I just started praying please no. This is straight out of a horror movie. There are no hands on me, there is nothing touching me but I can’t move. No hands, claws, or body just pressure. Right when I think them the breaks a really strong breeze passes around and through me. It is cold! All we have is a 💩 ceiling vent that could not even move one strand of hair. This moved all the hair. All I know is I am no longer pined to the door after the breeze. All I want is out and it is still not opening. But whatever it is, is now in the hallway. And it may sound weird that I had rather be in the hallway with it but I hate the dark and truthfully I would have just left the building altogether if I had my say. But I still can’t for the life of me open the door. I can hear it on the other side of the door in the hallway. It is not next to the door. I hear one last growl and suddenly I am able to yank that door open. It is day time by the way not nighttime. Late afternoon. But my screams apparently got my parent’s attention. Because I know more get out of the bathroom and my mom is coming up the stairs followed by my dad… Let me paint a picture. I was a 13yo female at the time who was currently butt naked, with shampoo in her hair, standing without a towel in the small upstairs hallway. With in perfect viewing point of the stairs. Now my mom saw me and then panicked. Not even knowing why I had been screaming but just because her daughter is butt naked in the hall and daddy is right behind her. TO THIS DAY, it was like something out of a cartoon. I don’t know where my mother got the newspaper from. But I can tell you, I have never seen one rolled so quickly in my life. My poor father who just wanted to make sure his daughter was not being murdered, suddenly found himself on the receiving end of a rolled up newspaper being repeatedly smacked and told to get. By my mother. I feel so bad for my dad thinking back on it. Anyway my mom asked what happened. I explained her and showed her. She really didn’t know what to think. She told me to finish getting showered. I laughed at her and said only if you sit in the bathroom with me. She had this are you for real face. I basically said, you can sit in here with me or the shampoo can live in my hair and eyes until I can go to a friend’s house or the pool. She decided to sit in the bathroom with me until I was done. For the next 2 and a half months I would wake up at 1am on the dot to a very unsettling feeling. It was so quiet even though my radio should have been playing, there was not a sound. If that was not unsettling enough you just felt like something was going to happen. And about 5 minutes after waking up the Fire alarm would just start going off in the hallway. Only the one. For no reason. Then my radio would start working again. We replaced the batteries, multiple times. The fire department even came out and replaced the fire alarm 5 times because no one could figure out why it was going off. I have had a lot of creepy 💩happen to me over the years. You don’t really get use to it. You just keep praying it will go away. And even if you move it can follow you. So, it doesn’t matter how scary it is, you will be fine at best 6 months if you’re lucky before, “There Here.” And the activity can actually get worse than where you originally lived. So… yeah pick and choose. The activity you have now or gamble and it get worse at the next place. But yeah I have experienced the supernatural since before I was 1. It is why I am scared of the dark. Because I wasn’t always afraid of the dark. My mom would find me playing in my room with the door closed and the lights out. (Creepy horror movie ripe kid, I know) One night I would not even go in the house until the lights were on. But the youngest experience I remember I was almost 2 and still in a crib and by that point already scared of the dark because I had to have a flashlight to go to sleep. Thank goodness for the Glow Worm toy that ended up replacing the flashlight. Edit: I noticed some grammar and repeating. That’s why I edited it.
