Especially since I was referring to their debut being as a full group being their first mv and psycho being their latest pretty sure it makes perfect sense. I'm not a grammar major so I can't really argue the point but since everyone else seemed to understand what I meant you do seem kind of rude but apology accepted and moving on

I believe that "Ice Cream Cake" is their debut as a "five member" bc Red Velvet debut in 2014 with their song "Happines" but 4 members only later on (a yr. ago) the other 1 added (which is the maknae rn)

They did two songs as 4, "Happiness" and "Be Natural". The latter is actually a cover of a song originally done by an early SM girl group, S.E.S. If Girls Generation and Wonder Girls are First Generation, SES and FinKL are _Zeroth_ Gen!

Red velvet concept Red ~songs that are expiremental, bright and cute. Velevet~songs that are Rnb, slow, creepy. Sometimes they have songs with both concept, cute yet creepy.

That's kind of a misdefinition, because they can slip creepy elements into bright-sounding songs, like they did with Peek-a-boo. Doing just that is Red Velvet's specialty, in fact. Red songs are bright and uptempo, Velvet songs are laid-back and smooth, and either may have horror-movie tropes incorporated or not... Peek-a-boo vs Psycho is red/velvet + creepy, Umpah Umpah vs.Bad Boy is red/velvet + NOT creepy, so they almost have a four-way concept, not a dual one like most people say.

People miss this song a lot but its a masterpiece -> *Be Natural by Red Velvet ft. Taeyong (NCT)* Everything about this song is amazing! The choreo, the vibe, and the fact that it is a remake of their seniors S.E.S but it still sounds perfect for today's top hits!! Another one that is slept on is *One Of These Nights.* This is such a touching ballad. And its a tribute to the Sewol Ferry Tragedy.

Red Velvet has 3 sides. The "Red" side that is poppy and up beat, the "Velvet" Side that is R&B, and the mix of both. They're very well known for their huge discography and especially the B sides. They're also well known for their unusual MVs. I recommend "Bad Boy" which is their R&B side, "Dumb Dumb" which is their red side. These 2 songs are both iconic.

Yeri was the only one who was really young. In ice cream cake she was only about 15 years old. Joy was 19, Irene was 24, and Wendy and Seulgi were 21. If there’s one thing to know about Red Velvet it’s that all their songs are low-key creepy, even the cute ones. Whether it’s the lyrics, mv or even the song itself.

honestly i feel like ice cream cake is much more darker than people make it out to be, many people believe it's just sexual but it feels more like the girls are predator looking for preys, especially the beggining line where seulgi says she gets ready to go out in her pretty white dress and wendy talks about someone spying and "lusting" over her it kinda seems like the girls trap people with their innocent looks and kill/eat them, yes i think this mv is cannibalistic because of the lyrics and the vibe of the mv set reminds me of the hills have eyes

red velvet have 2 sides, the red side which is more cutesy and summer vibes like red flavor (sk summer song), zimzalabim and dumb dumb, and the velvet side which is mature and mostly R&B like automatic, be natural (they were still a 4 member group in that song) and bad boy. check out monster and naughty by their subunit Irene and seulgi. also red velvet have the best b-sides in kpop. check out sunny side up, in & out, look, you better know and kingdom come. Wendy, the one who does the part in psycho that got stuck in your head from that kpop video (she's the blonde one in the mv), released her first solo album like water, and the title song is called like water.
