Jaffa Cakes are cakes as proven in a court of law in 1991. You see VAT is paid on chocolate covered biscuits but not on chocolate covered cakes so McVitie's went to court to argue they're cakes - they won. It basically comes down to this... when going stale biscuits go soft, cakes go hard. Jaffa Cakes go hard. End of debate.

Well I totally agree with you but unfortunately there are some people out there who ( unless they say it to cause some drama 😂 ) say it’s a biscuit haha but as I said in the video the box says cake so it’s a cake haha But thanks for the information and watching along means a lot :D
