Nice reaction. This kind of thing will never get old. It's a bit upseting that I'll never play the drums as well as Rowan. And he doesn't even have any drums! 😂

Spot-on comments, Megan. I'm sure this routine took meticulous rehearsal, and Atkinson was known to be a perfectionist, apparently testing the endurance of his collaborators at times. Re. his international appeal due to Mr Bean and his mastery of mime, I've met non-English speakers who had no idea what a rich mellifluous speaking voice he has or his broad range of characters. My personal favorite is still 'Constable Savage' with Griff Rhys-Jones for 'Not the Nine O'Clock News'. Hope you can track that down some time. Cheers.
