Hi lads, you make some sound points in criticism of our current flaccid government. Personally I don't think she should be extracted from Syria. Now that she's an adult, she is accountable for her actions by law of the land hence why I agree that she should be tried as a British citizen if she actually makes it back but it is up to her to attempt to make it back and until then she is not our problem. You make an excellent point about the precedent that this sets for the government to be able to revoke the citizenship of her so easily but it's the easiest and cheapest action that they can take so I'm not entirely sure that they're consciously setting it up to harm you and yours in the future even though I agree with the slippery slope point.

The real question is why she wants to come back now ? Why did she not want to come back when the 1st child died ? She waited for 2 children to die and now she wants to come back. Is it because she still had ISIS support even when her 1st child died ? Now the ISIS are on the run she wants to come back. If you really cared about your family and your child seeing those heads in the bin would've been a clear cut indication that it's not safe for you there, yet you still stayed.
