Agree totally - I thought it ended up being a really good convo. Chloe was pretty reasonable during the whole 'sode actually. And then goes and screws it up by telling her friend's ex-ish about her escapades in the next one by the looks (not that Kelsey should've slept with Alex while with Garrett, but young and gorgeous and wanting to fit in with new crew, swept up, you can see how it happens). Would make sense if Chloe and Garrett were friends at all ever

If they are considered protected then it is illegal to kill them. I remember the incident involved a Hammerhead shark which is a protected animal.
