Skylanders hot take: I think not re releasing Spyro as a sensei to look more game accurate (like Crash) was the stupidest idea in all of skylanders. Not only would it give Spyro fans what they’ve been asking for for 6 years, but it would also give us Skylander fans a high quality accurate figure that’s different from the original (like the superchargers). Thanks, your videos are really soothing to gear

Hot take: there can’t be a new game- because no matter what they do they won’t make money. If they do figures, they won’t sell, and if they don’t, the game won’t sell

Kaos has already proven able to destroy the ruins, so if the Core was kept there, that'd probably be the first place he'd go with the Sky Eater. Bringing the Core to the Academy allows them to stay on the move and away from Kaos.

Exactly. and if he has something that will destroy skylands in weeks, the core of light is your most valuable weapon you got. especially if it's inspiration to keep fighting. So keeping it on the run while kaos can't catch up to you yet: it's smart to keep it out of reach.

Also, Giants introduced some of the best Skylanders. Hot Dog, Pop Fizz, Tree Rex and Eye Brawl are some of my favorites. I enjoy playing as most of the Giants characters more than the Senseis (I only have Golden Queen, Mysticat, Air Strike, Grave Clobber, King Pen and Chopscotch) and it didn’t take long for me to figure out that King Pen is like Slam Bam but without the cool design that made Slam Bam unique. I’ve pretty much never played with him after discovering he’s a Slam Bam ripoff. Grave Clobber should’ve been the way to go.

They should have added another villain to each element in imaginators, except tech, life, light and dark: Chill Bill - Bazooker for water Chef Pepper Jack - Swashbuckler (give him two kitchen knives) for fire Spellslamzer - bowslinger maybe for magic Mesmerelda - ninja for undead Krankenstein - samsher for air Baron von Shellshock and his crab thing - quickshot for earth Last two are a bit of a stretch Do this or bring back old skylanders

Seeing a lot of people say to drop the figure gimmick, and I agree, but there should still be backwards compatibility for all your old figures so they’re still useful in the new games

I could believe Chompy Mage us rarer. And if that's the case, then the reason he's cheaper than Ro-bow is probly for two reasons, 1. Jingle Bell Chompy Mage exists, and is way more common, so there's a much easier way to get Chompy Mage, while with Ro-Bow you only have the one way. 2. Ro-Bow comes with a level, meaning he'd be more sought after than a character without one

6:11 skylanders was literally promoted on the first game with spyro as a nostalgia bait to take the game off and it worked now that skylanders ended and they brought spyro back in his own games they'd probably do it again or make it a bunch of online purchases so they can get younger people to see more interest in it (bc lets be honest people this generation don't go outside that much)

I believe giants has the best balance between gimmick skylanders and cores, giants only having 8 characters keeps the door open for cores to be used without being overshadowed. Also giants have pros and cons where they can do things cores can’t do and they are generally stronger, but they lack mobility and have bigger hit boxes. So choosing to either be a core or giant has more weight as a decision.

Oh, watching it a bit late, but maybe I'll still manage to make it to the part 2 or at least 3: hot take: Giants is not a DLC for SSA, SSA is a demo for Giants. For real, SSA was mostly just showing off the toys to life gimmick, but the game itself had little activities to do and the worldbuilding was much less developed. IMHO, the plot in SSA is one of the poorest except for imaginators, while Giants has probably the best one (ok, maybe that's a bit more than just one take, sry for that) PS: Really fun thing to watch, and Victor doing grat commenting the hot takes

if they make a new game, yes they should make all the new characters digital, HOWEVER, you should still be able to play old characters Via plugging in a portal and placing an old figure.

My skylander hot take is that I think they should have used the darkness more I think it would have been cool if they made him a more terrifying and powerful villain I think his boss fight shouldn’t have been a vehicle level and it would have been more interesting and scary if just before the boss fight you see the darkness defeat Kaos and Eon really easily in a cutscene and I know this is a stretch but if imaginators was the last game In my opinion they should have made the darkness a figure in imaginators what do u think?

My personal hot take is that the Wii versions of Swap Force and Trap Team aren't that bad, sure graphically they don't look as bad but overall it's not the worst game in the world.

My hot take is prison break is overrated it doesn't mean he's bad just not that good what I mean people say he's 10/10 but he's 6 or 7 from 3 attack doesn't need to be used and the beam pretty clunky but does damage just from playing in Giants and spyros adventure

She can’t deflect the auto bees he sends from his back, not his gun. And once she’s slowed with honey bumble blast can roll his mines right over to her
