The Best and Worst Elements in Each Skylanders Games

Today I looked at my favorite and least favorite elements in the Skylanders Games, everything stated in this video is my opinion.

If you dont understand the bottom from trap shadow I can tell you that you can be invisible and use other attacks at the same time. Wich is kinda over powered, because you use your normal attacks and the enemy's do literally nothing, because they don't see you.

Interesting perspective, I usually give every Skylander a chance and have fun with them, even ones I don’t particularly enjoy all too much usually, or ones who are weaker than others. I also agree with you on Roller Brawl, she stole a spot in the Superchargers roster from Chop Chop! Pain-Yatta was amazing in Imaginators, he got the job done with his awesome variety of powerful moves! I hope if they ever remaster SSA, Giants, and Swap Force, they would use the original Spyro design upgraded from Reignited Trilogy, and they should bring back Tom Kenny for him, removing a lot of the complaints against Skylanders, and possibly repairing the bond between Skylanders and Spyro fans.

I don’t have many favorites from the magic element but magic does have the most diverse and interesting cast of characters. I feel like they really tried to experiment with that element the most. Other than wrecking ball (who’s still unique, but in execution he falls flat) and dune bug (same as W-ball but less worse), I find them all really fun to play as

It’s Actually odd that Shroom Boom & Zook have the Same Moveset Both have a Primary Attack where they Shoot straight (Different Weapons), Secondary Attack having a Barrier being Made, & There 3rd Attack being a Volley shot of Sorts…

My Favourite element would be Water. There are a lot great Skylanders like Zap, Echo, Flip Wreck, Lob Star, Tide Pool and Grave Clobber and just a few one's wich are not that good: Wham Shell, Chill and Rip Tide. It's also the element where I miss only 2 Skylanders wich are Slam Bam and Thump Back wich looks pretty good or solid. And all the other I didn't mentioned are great overall but aren't Skylander I can play like an hour without getting tired of them.

Earth is definitely my favorite SSA element. Dino rang is my favorite core, and terrafin is my third. Bash is really fun, and prism break dosent have great attacks, but he inspired lightcores (which he is the best of), traps, and creation crystals. Earth in later games got bland and boring, a few examples being Headrush, Crusher, Barbella, and rubble Rouser. But I just love the 4 OG earth skylanders

Counting down from elements for me: life (because i like it to run around as a plant and smash things on the ground) undead because they are spooky and then tech because i like technology and crazy characters

for SSA i agree with air being my least favourite, whirl wind is my least favourite skylander in SSA and both warnado and lightning rod are alright lightning rods secondary holds him in place which basically makes him die instantly in nightmare mode and warnado takes forever to kill things sonic boom however is really good, her primary does great damage and her children distract enemies. for favourite it would have to be fire, my favourite skylander is eruptor and the other 3 are amazing flameslinger is a great ranged skylander ignitor has a really good design and is pretty good for a melee exclusive skylander and sunburn is also the only SSA skylander to get nothing at all. for giants my least favourite has to be water, i've barely played as either thumpback or chill recently but its the only element in SG where both skylanders i'm in the middle about all the other ones such as both magic and tech where both bouncer and pop fizz are amazing skylanders but i just don't like ninjini and sprocket at all, as for my favourite it has to be undead both eye brawl and fright rider are fun skylanders although both earth and life are close as well but i fright rider is my favourite new core and eye brawl is my third favourite giant. for swap force my least favourite is magic, despite hoot loop being my first swapper along with rattle snake (i got them both before getting the game) i barely played as them and i don't i have ever played as the other 3 magic skylanders. my favourite is tech although close second is undead. tech has all 4 skylanders being really good having my favourite swapper magna charge along with spyrise wind up and count down all great skylanders especially when i misheard what the game was so i originally thought it was called swamp force and instead of count down i thought his name was cut down either way tech is my favourite for this game. for Trap Team my favourite is Tech (once again) because its the only one where all 4 are really good. undead has bat spin which is an alright skylander, water has eh cores (never played as them) life is also good but not as good as tech and earth has head rush. my least favourite is fire because the only good one is wild fire and while he is one of my favourite trap masters he doesn't make up for the fact that trap team is the only game where i don't like all of the fire skylanders. for super chargers my least favourite is magic, i prefer regular pop fizz over his super charged version and i also have never played as splat, probably doesn't help at how super chargers is my least played skylanders game because i literally only beat it twice (once when i got the game when it released and during eon emblem which made me hate the game even more). my favourite however is fire although a close second is tech because i have never played as double dare trigger happy and but i have played as both lava lance eruptor and spit fire and enjoyed playing as both although my favourite would have been earth if shark shooter terrafin was actually good because smash hit is my personal favourite super charger. and finally for imaginators my least favourite is magic because mysticat is pretty eh, never played as buckshot and pain yatta has way too little health and defence for a smasher. my favourite element for imaginators is Dark. honestly imaginators probably has some of the most fun skylanders (not counting the op creation crystals) which is what made this pretty hard, both star strike and hood sickle are amazing both being really fun to play but honorable mention to air fire and water all 3 elements have 2/3 really fun skylanders that i enjoy playing as (apart from air but that has wildstorm who is still really fun to play as) but has 1 skylander that i never play as (water has king pen and grave clobber and fire has both flare wolf and tae kwon crow)

Here's my personal thoughts: SSA: Worst: Air (Lightning Rod, Warnado, Sonic Boom, and Whirlwind) Best: Life (Stealth Elf, Stump Smash, Camo, Zook) Giants: Worst: Air (Swarm, Jet Vac) Best: Life (Tree Rex, Shroomboom) SWAP Force: Worst: Magic (Hoot Loop, Trap Shadow, Dune Bug, Star Strike) Best: Tech (Magna Charge, Spy Rise, Countdown, Wind Up) Trap Team: Worst: Fire (Wildfire, KaBoom, Torch, Trail Blazer) Best: Tech (Jawbreaker, Gearshift, Tread Head, Chopper) Superchargers: Worst: Undead (Fiesta, Bone Bash Roller Brawl) Best: Fire (Spitfire, Lava Lance Eruptor, Hammer Slam Bowser) Imaginators: Worst: Earth (Tri-Tip, Barbella, Golden Queen) Best: Fire (Flare Wolf, Ember, Tae Kwon Crow) In conclusion, we basically have the same opinions besides SWAP Force, Superchargers, and Imaginators.

Here’s my list if anyone would like to see and please take it with a grain of salt cause it’s just an opinion. No skylander is unplayable to me. Least favorite Ssa: Magic Giants: Magic Swapforce: Earth Trap team: Earth Superchargers: Earth Imaginators: Air Most favorite Ssa: Tech, water is a really close second though. Giants: Water Swap: Undead, tech a close second Trap team: Undead Superchargers: Fire Imaginators: Fire Favorites overall 1: Tech 2: Undead 3: Water 4: Fire 5: Life 6: Air 7: Magic 8: Earth 9: Dark 10: Light Nothing necessarily bad about light and dark, they just don’t have enough to compete fairly against the other elements.

8:22 I never understood why people wants to replace Roller Brawl with Chop Chop or any SSA character. I think the Superchargers were on the right track with bringing back retro characters. By giving representation for all three first titles. They should’ve gone further. And as a Roller Brawl fan, I am biased with her pick specifically. But I rather have some Swap Force representation than another SSA character.

I'm confused why you said Ninjini was the weakest Giant, since she and Stealth Elf have the highest DPS of the first two games, and are both used in speedruns of the games not that I think she has the best moveset or anything, I just never understand when people complain she's weak when she's the most overpowered piece of sh*t, again I don't like her, but, calling her weak is like saying flameslinger's wow pow makes him super slow and, when you mentioned disliking the air element from the first game, I assumed you were going to say it was because of whirlwind and sonic boom, since they have no 3rd attack, but, instead you say it's because of lightning rod and warnado, saying their movesets are bad... when they're some of the best in the game, I guess I'll assume you chose the bad path for both, as they both have a really good path and a bad one as for swarm, yeah, he's kinda weak, and, if you choose his swarm path for more abilities, his already weak moves become weaker, and the swarm axe is clunky while on his melee and ranged path, his swarm form is useless, it's a shame as for the swap-force magic element characters... they're actually my favourite in swap-force, and they're the most memorable for me, trap shadow having the only dash ability for any top half skylander, meaning you can combine it with a slow bottom half like doom stone's, and it'll be fast trap shadow's traps are pretty fun to mess around with, his shadow kicks are fun to combine with stink bomb's punches, if you want an all melee martial arts skylander and his stealth ability makes you faster and lets you attack while invisible hoot loop is broken op, his hypnotise ability is broken on both paths, practically freezing enemies, and his laser is like double trouble's but more versatile, and his teleport is really fun and useful to get away from danger star strike reminds me of how stealth elf is op, but she's ranged and actually takes some skill to use and dune bug, well, you can create a giant ball and run enemies over with it, pure fun, I just wish his armour upgrade didn't make him all gold, it looks strange-

I think maybe you should start playing with some of the skylanders you don't play with more. Trailblazer gets a bad reputation but he is really fun. I don't see it fair to neglect skylanders like trailblazer, dune bug, and trap shadow simply for forgetting they existed. Either way good video.

Yeah Air had a pretty weak start SSA and Giants had pretty weak Air rosters but they picked it up later in the series with characters like Blades,Air Strike,Scratch,Free Ranger and Pop Thorn Also agree with TT fire being pretty weak Ka-boom and Wildfire carry it which is odd since i generally prefer the TT cores over the Trap Masters but Torch and Trail Blazer are pretty meh But i will not stand for the Bone Bash Roller Brawl slander she's my 3rd favourite skylander in general But apart from the Bone Bash Roller Brawl slander pretty good video

After thinking a lot fire is my worst element. There are some good skylanders like Ignitor, Smolderdash and Wildfire but I got no fun with them and are always used by my brother. And every fire skylander above Trap team is at least good but my biggest problems are SSA, Swap Force and Trap Team with Eruptor, Sunburn, Firekraken and Trail Blazer. As I mentioned that I dont really like the good skylanders from those games these few Skylanders pull my view to the fire element completely in the dark. I dont got here Hot Head, Kaboom and Lava Lance Eruptor. Overall 2 games aren't enough for me to make a element good but it was close to the life element.
