Suho and overall Exo don't always sound like kpop, and tbh that's why I stan them. They always have their own signature on their work - both as Exo and soloists - which is what makes them different from the others, and I actually love that for them!

Hurdle is like a song that would've been released in the 80s or 90s. Gives me like Queen or Sting vibes. But for me Decanting is my kind of jam.. Sexy rock aging like fine wine. Like the sound of a decanter, aerating the wine giving it twice the aroma.

When EXO debuted, I was 12 and instantly became a fan. I have seen every step they have taken since their debut and it has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Today I am 22 years old and I owe them my life. Bear Hug broke me from the inside and made my inner child too happy, that little girl who fell madly in love with them and who followed them to the present without doubt at any time. Junmyeon’s music will always be for crying, I’m convinced. Our leader pours all his feeling into his solo music with intention and feels special, hits different. He has grown a lot as an artist and it is an honor to witness it.

I totally agree with you, I love the organic feel of his songs. Probably because he has an actual band playing in the background. It's my wish to hear an EXO song with an actual band at the back or perhaps they can play the instruments too. After all, they are very talented. This is why other than EXO, I also like CNBlue which is a K-band from 2nd gen.

I loved Self Portrait... But Grey Suit is really something else. I can't stop listening to it. I've become an Exo-L even if I don't like kpop very much. But they are different, so... Here we are! And now... This album. It's completly new and old fashioned at the same time. And I can truly say that me and Suho share the same taste in music! Decanting is definitely my favorite. It's so sultry, mature, really feels like a fine wine. The whole album is absolutely wonderful as everything he does and we can really confirm his classy taste. You're right, he doesn't care what sells or not (I can bet he spent more for all the production, release, promotions than what he'll actually earn from the album sales), what he wants from his album is to express his artistic side and his expressions. He has also mentioned before that he really gets worried because Exo-ls worry so much about charts and making him win that they get sad and frustrated when he/they don't win. What he wants is for the fans/non-fans to enjoy the album and be comforted by his albums. He is an amazing person but he is even bigger of an artist ! Oh God I love him so much I hope he gets all the love he deserves ❤️

I'm with you Austin. Decanting is my favorite on this CD. His vocal ability is just so awesome. I hope he comes out with a mini-album of songs similar to Decanting. His ability to slide his voice and sound so sensual is perfect for those types of songs.

I personally love Decanting. But I love the entire album. I agree with you in that music now a days is just a trend…..copy and paste what people see as trending, popular. And to see Suho put out an album like this, so personal and meaningful is refreshing. Regardless if is popular or not I am happy he is making the music HE likes. EXO really doesn't care about trends. They've been like this since the beginning. Debuting with 'MAMA' which did not go well with Korean fans, then following with much weirder 'WOLF' ; EXO really doesn't give a flying eff. btw, The WHOLE ALBUM is greaaaaaaaat!!!!! You know, after hearing the teaser I wasn't excited for the album anymore because it sounded so much like self portrait (even though I LOVE Self Portrait) and I was hoping for something new, a new side of our Myeonie. After hearing the whole album I must say it is definitely worth hearing, his voice and the songs are...an experience, a very wonderful musical experience.
