The crews in order that you saw were: 1. YGX 2. HOOK 3. LACHICA 4. HolyBang 5. PROWDMON 6. CocaNButter The performances were only a cut of the song and not the whole song (it was only used to determine the winner of the group). I’m assuming YGX won this challenge (it was a challenge to see whose choreo would make the song) since they’re in the front and the choreo in the chorus seems similar to them. All of them slayed though!!!❤️‍🔥

in case of Sunmi its a song for a league of legends esports team (DWG KIA) korean esports team that won last years League of legends Worlds championships. Sunmi was rooting for them last year and posted about it on her instagram. This year she came up with this song for the group. Its kinda like a sponsorship song.

@@GZBKarma its not something that everyone will know unless youre into esports. no not really KDA was a virtual group within the league of legends universe using league of legends champions but being voiced by real singers. (kda is kinda of a strategy to sell the "skins" in game for the company to make money (skins are different visual takes on the characters which cost real money)) and kda happened to happen both times around world championship (again to hype up and sell the skins, as well as hype up the world championships). In the case of Sunmi this song is related to the world championships but its only for the team DWG KIA (they have kia in the name as they are heavily sponsored by KIA) its a song for the team like a theme song for the team. I believe few years ago Jay Park did the same thing for a different korean team called T1.

@@GZBKarma k/da is a alternative universe (skins) in the game, is a virtual group created by riot games (lol company), is only to promote their skins and win a lot of money haha. This colaboration is with sunmi and damwon kia (competitive team) to chear for them in the championship, not to sell skins or created by riot. This music video have no relationship to lol’s worlds/universe/skins/lore, etc.

Just for some background, this partnership in Sunmi music video is a bit more than just a random business promotion. Last year, Sunmi insta pics supporting Damwon Gaming in League Of Legends went viral. And League of Legends fans referred to her ''support'' as the Sunmi buff since the team did really well. Kia is the main sponsor of Damwon Gaming (now called DWG KIA), so this song was a nice surprise but makes sense since she is a fan of the team. Also the style she follows in her hairstyle, nail, and coat is a reference to a game champion named Evelynn from K/DA and the video has a lot of reference of League.

"Sunmi's never done anything like this" The Cyberpunk thing, no . . . but the song reminded me a little of "Gotta Go", the OST she did for the show XX. (Incredible show, BTW). That one also had that harder-hitting electronic vibe, and while it wasn't cyberpunk, she destroyed the visuals in that one. I notice you don't have a reaction to that one yet . . . hmmmm . . .
