I think Zack Snyder's man of steel was more for the mature audience, cause when I watched it at 11yrs old I didn't like it but when I watched it again 5-6 years later my opinion changed, I liked it. Isme maturity aur unmaturnity ki koi bat nahi hai, Superman never had a complex or dark story in comics except for a couple of events. Superman was always a superhero who is colorful, has a cute family, was a symbol of hope, a simple living being, a very good friend and a good leader. But Zack Snyder never showed Superman in a way that people can build an emotional connection.

One is this one which has Superman, etc. and DC elseworlds, that is Matt Reeves's The Batman & The Penguin, etc. Like ek proper universe chalega Marvel ki tarah aur ek alag universe jismei The Batman, Joker aur Penguin jaisi standalone cheezey aati rahengi. Bas. So yes this DCU will have a new Batman

The whole Snyder verse got the characterization of Superman and even Batman so wrong with horrendous writing...people are complaining about colour and hope....which is what Superman essentially is. The kid raising the flag and calling for Superman encapsulates the whole idea in just 5 seconds. Henry had the look as an actor but was given bad material and tone.
