It had the perfect blend of genre filmmaking and messaging. The gradual descent into madness was so well executed that, by the end, I was prepared for anything.

This movie is unsettling but hilarious at the same time. It exposes the unrealistic even somewhat disgusting beauty standards of film industries, body insecurities and even to some extent the luring greed and lust for more fame, success. Great movie.

Omg raginy what a movie. I'm in a freaking daze rn. This movie has instilled in me the fear of looking at a mirror. It's all consuming really. I did have a question though. Do you think those 2 women were really "One". Because it saw a clear distinction that they were not. They were dependent on each other but not for a second were they one and the same. And to that point what boggles me is wether they shared the same. Psychological space or not cuz they really had no regard for each other. If they had different bodies and different minds then why did Elizabeth allow sue to keep exploiting her. She could have stopped her anytime. Because she wasn't really living that life a part of her was. She was living vicariously through sue. The symbiotic nature of their relationship was something that confused me because Elisabeth was hardly benefiting from it

Coralie is actually a great admirer of filmmakers like kubrick and lynch that's why the inspiration is clearly visible Anyways it was a decent movie but i feel like people are tryna gas it up Its a bit on the nose and lazy sometimes like the scene where she meets the dude from hospital but the older version of him, like we know thats him but the film spends so much time on making it obvious for us Also it felt a bit stretched after a point but overall its fine I loved the performances specially by Demi Moore its a 3/5 for me

I dont like Body Horrors, find them pretentious & disgusting. Possession was big pretentious movie. However, watched this only because the director made Revenge.. In the last 30 minutes, i was thinking what is there to show, stop it but then the climax is made for Cinema Hall experience to never ever watch it again. This movie is going to give sleepless nights who say, "its her choice". Carolie is true feminist. She can see something more basic evil than patriarchy, the paranoia of fame.
